Charles here with Liquid Blue Cabarete and I hope all is well.
Wanted to share this updated video series with those interested in getting into Wing Foiling and/or for those already Wing Foiling who want to potentially gain new insights that might help take their riding to the next level.
If you're looking into getting started with Wing Foiling, this first video is an introduction for land skills and techniques to develop. The second part we will release will be for the water side.
Watch this video series to get the gist of the wing foiling basics. I would always recommend anyone who is getting into any activity to find others that are already practicing to get further insights or training though if you are in a place where you don’t have that option, watching videos like this and others will help you be better prepared.
Practicing extreme sports is life changing though it is always important to practice these sports consciously and safely.
In Part 1 we will essentially cover the following:
-Techniques and tips to practice on the beach before getting on the board for the first time.
-What safety equipment you need.

Great video. Another tip: If your wing tip touches the water/land, push down on your back hand and the wind will lift the wing up.
Hey Jake! Definetly realized few tips and tricks were missed out. No script, one shot and quite sped up. Will make few follow up videos to help piece it all together for those looking to get into wingfoiling.

Hello there! The "Spex" are not retailing anymore. The owner unfortunately passed away and it was a one man show... Best goggles ever. We only have 1 pair left in Cabarete Liquid Blue. Try to see if any small local shops near you have. Amphibian Spex (you will find them then). Sea Doo (jet ski) also had the same goggles where you might be able to find.
