You can use bay leaves in stead of freezer time
Love the bean mix! I'm going to do this!
Me too.😊
I don't have the money in the room to do stuff the way you and other people do to do stuff like that so I use my vacuum sealer machine for bags and the one for jars😊
Better safe than sorry. 😉
I freeze everything then vacuum seal after completely thawing.
Sometimes I vacuum seal larger bags of beans in the vacuum bags & then store in buckets for shorter term storage.
Great way to store them. I've never thought to put beans in the freezer. I do freeze my rice & flour before I store them. Have a great week ahead.
Hi Jinne, I'm very appreciative of anything that you can teach me. And you are so knowledgeable.
I love the bean soup mix you did.
Thanks! Great idea for the soup bean mix!❤
Hello have a great day.
Can also use an iron to seal the ends of the bags.
I was happy to see this, I still have my impulse sealer from when I had a flower shop - used it for Mylar balloons - I really had no use for it and was kinda wondering why I’d kept it ! You always have such great ideas.❤🇺🇸
I’m Always Learning From Your Channel 🤙 Thanks
I don't have much room in the freezer to put everything in there like you and other people say to do when you buy it thawed out and then seal I go through the beams then I just put them in a bag and vacum seal put in tote flour in jars and vacum seal. 😊
I just put mine in a few bags at a time..
Such a great idea! I’ve never seen those type of Mylar bags!!
Hi I'm a new subscriber ❤❤❤❤

That is awesome , I like the way you did that , Thank You Jinne
Hi Jinne 👋🏻
You always give me great ideas!!💖 thank you!!
Thank you 😊
For the mixed bean soup - can you provide a video on how these are prepared or directions with servings and how much vs how much water and how long to cook etc? I can find things on 15 bean soup with different meats and things but not from Mylar and no meet additions.
Thank you!!
Good video, thanks for sharing, God bless !
Great video😊👍
Just a question, wouldn't the oxygen absorber or vacumn sealing kill off the bugs oxygen supply? I just hadn't thought about this.
Yes, it does!
Most people say yes, one or the other will work, but I tend to over do it for food storage, just incase.
We love dried beans.
Ignore my question about freezing. I got the answer. Good video!!
Those are the beans I buy too- great to know this!! Thank you❤️❤️
Thank you!!!!
Ty I believe I will be using your method ❤
Great idea! Going to make some bean soup.
Love the tee ! Thank you for the video.
This is exactly what I needed, thaaannkk youuu!
Wonderful information. How to store for longer use
Thanks for sharing.
I need to mix some beans too!
It saves a bunch, we even toss in barley sometimes. 😉
I bought a 25# bag of beans at Sam's .. I want to vacuum seal them in jars .. would you think it would be just as effective to vacuum seal the beans in the jars and then put them in the freezer for 3 days to kill the bugs .. otherwise, I would have to find some smaller containers to freeze the beans in and then transfer again into my jars .. if I could freeze them when already in the jars, it would save a couple of steps .. your opinion would be appreciated
The bean mix is a great idea but don't you have to pre soak the kidney beans before using?
Went to our Dollar Tree and their shelves were empty because they are going to change to a Dollar Tree Plus. I'm so sad.
I’m interested in the blue pot. Where did you get it? TIA.
QUESTION: when I open my cheese sauce from Thrive Life, do I put an o2 absorber in that?
You can if you repackage, the little plastic lid isn't air tight.
I was thinking a mason jar would be best and I keep them in a dresser drawer

Hi I have had packages of all kinds of beans for a really long time they are in bags, would You suggest that I should put the bags in the freezer so I can kill any bugs that might be in there? how many days would I put them in the freezer for, and how long do I need to thaw them out for before they are vacummed sealed for? I use a brake bleeder and seal them in a mason jar?
Beans that are not sealed properly will not get completely soft so I’d toss them.
Hi Jinny Could the lentil be use for sprouting if they were frozen?
Yes, you just don't want to oven can them, that will destroy the viability of the seeds.
Why do you freeze the beans??
Is ur shirt a confederate flag……?
