Such a clever product and amazing how much the cost on having FMCs has come down. Boxes like these 5 years ago were $1000 for one aircraft type. We live in a golden age of sim accessibility.
XP72, thank you so much for the amazing video! From painting to assembly, we handcraft every product ourselves, dedicating significant effort to each step-from receiving an order to preparing and producing it. Of course, the high-quality rubber buttons and displays are manufactured in a factory. ($349.99 include PU CDU V2 itself and 1 free keypad.) We aim to increase production so we can offer even more competitive prices. However, we’re committed to maintaining the highest standards and will never compromise by using lower-quality materials. We're doing our best to prepare and improve. Additionally, we plan to support upcoming aircraft releases, including MSFS2024. Thank you once again!
Are their prices in US dollars, if so it cost $750 with 1x extra plate here in OZ, winwings are set to cost $200 aud each, so effectively half the price. Will be sticking with winwin when released.
If you didn't already know, Winwing is making theirs due to release early next year, its $130 dollars individually for the a320/737 variants, only two*, yes you lose the ability to swap between, but its way cheaper, most wouldn't be swapping between anyway, they'd just stick to 1 airframe
You know that all these exorbitantly priced CDUs will become obsolete the moment WinWing release their $100-150 CDU. Even the DIY version that only needs you to solder 6 wires is much preferable that having to pay $100 for a plastic faceplate (not to mention the $350 of the CDU itself)...
HDMI input for a second monitor is a big nono for me....the other premium options on the market are typeC so no stress of being stutterless.....not to mention the widths and heights on the real FMC's are all different- so when you snap size the panel on the extra screen its slightly squished - that would drive me insane.
This is a great idea, though the price is a bit prohibitive. Given the face plates don't have any electronics, just button passthroughs and magnets, I expected it to be around ~$25 each, max $50. At $100, it's a little ridiculous. For $100 each, I expect the buttons to be integrated into the face plates, such that the button locations can be customized for each face plate / FMC, for different aircraft including CRJs, BAE 146, Saabs, etc.
I'm on the other side of the fence. This is not a new concept, early physical FMS units were 4 digits in price for each different aircraft model. I think this is incredibly affordable, opening up simpit technology to the masses.
Purchased! The faceplate are a bit high in price, and not thrilled about having to give up an HDMI port especially because display over USB-C is a thing but I’m excited to have one CDU for all the airliners!
Looks great but sadly the price is a bit too high for me at $350. People should pay premium for premium quality, yes, but it's just out of my range sadly
Is the faceplate for looks only? For Example, if I get the one for the 737 but want to fly the 777 will still work, but just not look realistic to the plane?
Some of the button placements are different between the two planes and so you’d have to memorize the differences I assume to make it work for other planes. I know they mapped all the buttons depending on the airplane you are flying.
Really appreciate you covering and showing this product. Like others comment, I think the price is a bit too steep for my liking as well. It's a great concept though and something to keep an eye on in case the Winwing FCU/MCDUs that are to come out end up not living up to expectations. Thanks again, cheers!
But still no info on when winwing’s is coming. Plus their website is still fuc*ed up. Says certificate expired and my browsers block it as potentially hazardous
For this price it should have its own display processor so it is not dependent on software and extending displays. Can't use it in any other sims than MSFS and Windows.
Looks amazing. Are they offering your subscribers any further discount code? I wanna get this with multiple face plates but it’s still pretty expensive
i havent bought the winwing cdu or anythig because i fly boeing and airbus so a concept like this is so good with interchangable plates but if it was only cheaper
Genius in its simplicity. That full airbus flight deck I want is getting closer and closer without a stupidly high price tag

Pricing is in USD? Just asking to be 100% clear.
@@pfsantos007 yes, it's USD. $349.99 include CDU and 1 keypad.
@puairkorea Looks like a amazing product!!
@@pfsantos007 Yes! pricing is in USD. Thank you for your interest
@@phxplanespotting Thank you sooooo much :)
The interchangeable plates are a great idea! Hopefully this fmc brings more competition.
Yeah, I hope so too.
I've had version 1 in my ebay cart for almost a year. It was $450 by itself. No extra screens were available then. I almost bought it. Glad i waited

Checked it out, price is a little steep. If they'd offer one more faceplate with it, I'd buy it.

Why can't it be in the $100 range? 😭😭😭😭😭😭
The WINWING one will be. Should release in the next 3-4 months I think.
Winwing one should be for 130$.Btw i saw their ap panels are on sale right now
Not sure if the winwing handles all these planes. But it is significantly cheaper.
@@infinitewisdom9619they said in pw they will relese it in 2024
@@VideoServicesVB It will handle A320 and 737 for sure

Looks great. Still working on a WW Cpit build (very limited in EUR in the moment), but if WW is not delivering, I have to check out alternatives.

I tried to buy the kneeboard from Korea Air and shipping to USA is $40! looks like they make nice stuff
와 ㅋㅋㅋ 유수님 대박나세요!!!
감사합니다. 열심히 하겠습니다!
That looks really good. Awesome. Reasonably priced too.
Mannnn. The price of the additional faceplates is a killer.
I just wish it connected solely thru the usb c connection instead of needing the hdmi connection as well.
Yes. Big fail. I have a 4 hdmis already used. So, it's the winwing for me.
Yep.Thats a fail for me! I already use the connections for 3 monitors. Make it USB compatible and I might think about it.Otherwise, interesting!

Make sure next time you include your promo code! Also if you have a 737 face place you want to get rid of 😏
lol, unfortunately there is no promo code.
Things sound so economical for regular simmers please let us know your updated review after using it a few times on stream 😊
I will definitely do that, thanks.
Looks great but sadly the price is a bit too high for me at $350. People should pay premium for premium quality, yes, but it's just out of my range sadly
This should work with 2024 right? I'm kind of hesitant to spend that kind of money on something if we're unsure how it'll work with the new sim.
Not much difference between 2020 and 2024, so I would say it will work.
Thanks for the review XP! Can you tell us if you lose frame rates when you pop out the screen, thanks
I didn’t in my testing but I will know more when I stream with it later.
i love the way this looks but the 99$ for each additional plate seems a bit excessive.
I have ordered one with face plates but the company are really slow with any response to when it will be posted
Yooo this actually kinda sick 😮
It really is man. Will see how long the competition will drop theirs.
Looks great, it's a pity that it can't be paid in like 4 terms
Why did you just flip the cover for the A320 in the thumbnail?
🤣 wanted the thumbnail to look symmetrical.
Is the faceplate for looks only? For Example, if I get the one for the 737 but want to fly the 777 will still work, but just not look realistic to the plane?

Do they make a g1000? We need one
I have the PIU MCDU the only issue with it is some airbus aircraft it’s hard to get the screen full screen
This software does it automatically which is great because I hate complexity.
Will these units still work with MSFS 2024 once the aircraft developers (as Fenix or PMDG) upgrade their products?
They said MSFS 2024 is being updated and it's going to end soon
I have that product, and in 2024, FENIX is working.
Beautiful but$350 + $99 per plate is a nono for me!
Wish it was USB, I only have 1 HDMi port on my laptop.
USB to HDMI adapter exist. ;-)
@@QazmeHabu wow true, this is kind of obnoxious. Even considering it a screen I think is a little bit obnoxious if it could be driven some other way.
Have you had luck using it with msfs 2024 yet?
We're updating msfs2024 and it's almost done :)
@puairkorea great, let me know because I can’t wait to use it in 2024.
I was stoked until I saw the price. I think winwing was 129?
Winwing is priced well. Will see how long they take to release it and how well it works.
@@XP72officialbut still no eta on that from winwing 4 months since it was revealed…
Is this compatible with MSFS 2024?
The dev is working on that now.
PU AIR KOREA said It's being updated and coming to an end soon
The link in the description doesn’t work for me. Anyone else having issues?
works fine for me
Take my money
FPS friendly ? I’m ask but it’s next open window in sim
So far no issues with FPS. I’ll be using it tonight on my livestream and will see how it performs in a 2 hour flight.
@ Ok thanks 👍🏻
Is there any coupon code for this

Right alt and left click? Huh? Left click what?? You did that way too fast with too many presumptive know how's.....
HDMI? Yeah….nah
boeing outside airbus inside
No a380? Forget it!
