I can do the most Extremes (barely lol) and because of this I can appreciate the absolute dedication of these Ninja guys - these tracks are insanely difficult and arguably require some of the highest order of skills of any gaming genre (fighting gamers may disagree lol) - amazing run man!
If weare talking games in general, I would only put higher arcade rythm games, Like Pump It Up wich requires not only an insane amount of skill, but also physical capability. besides that, yeah, Trials its up there.
