I also stopped buying from my snapon rep. He doesn't like warranting or giving deals. First thing out of his mouth is "it's not a warrantied". When I tell him to look it up and finds out it is replaceable, he gets pissed off and says I'm not using the tool correctly lol. What a jackass! I could go on, but I'll leave it be.

That stinks…I don’t know how a tool dealer expects to make it if they don’t want to warrantee their tools that’s why we spend so much money on these tools on the truck to have a person to deal with and because they have lifetime warranties with a good name/reputation. They have to be better than that because most of the cheaper tools have a lifetime warranty. Truck dealer needs to go the extra mile(pun intended LOL)! A good tool dealer may warrantee stuff they probably shouldn’t because they were that good to us.

I really like matco ( it only matters who the tools truck driver is honestly of any brand) but I do dislike that maroon ish color they have. Add a little sun and it is my least favorite. I’ll buy any other color they sell but it
