Those four separate fashion pieces are awesome.
I prefer the window packaging. Consumers can see what they are getting. People don't want to buy dolls with obvious defects and now MGA can't hide badly made dolls in the blind boxes.

My only issue is that it's not as easy to set up the playset that the other boxes are meant to convert into. I like to display my dolls in their rooms sometimes and it's not nearly as easy with this new box

I usually only care for one of the outfit choices they come with, but I can honestly say that I love her in both! She’s super cute!

I am hyped to try and get her. But on the box thing. They are super helpful for new folks and parents/family to see what a kid wants. Even though the brand is usually together. I had a family member who didn't recognize just the artwork until she saw the dolls in person, to know what her granddaughter was talking about. I have a prefrence for the boxes to not have plastic windows. Because i love keeping the artwork to craft with

I like the window boxes when it comes to picking a doll, but I'll miss making "rooms" for them out of their boxes. I saved almost all the boxes that had a backdrop element and used them for display.

I haven't seen one of these boxes in person yet but I loved collecting omg boxes for their art... Now the art is smaller and in one corner with a huge window, so for me this change was a disappointment. Also buying in person can make "wonky dolls" be more common because everyone takes the good looking ones 😭
I mean but the same could be said about everyone returning wonky ones after they opened. Or getting replaced from MGA. But I agree on the art. It’s always so cool!
Could not agree more. I will still buy because I am obsessed with the OMG's, but the total re- design for the packaging is such a let down 😕
Wonky dolls shouldn't make it in a box, it's really folks being beyond nitpicky usually.

Great channel Dom! Fantastic display and great camera set up. I love both these dolls, being a 2000s late teen/early twenties girl - this is a blast from the past. Trendsetter reminds of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie and Skatepark QT of Avril Lavigne. I love them both, might be my next OMGs when they finally arrive in Australia.

Window box is the perfect way to display a product. People want to see what the doll looks like. With all the flaws, people want to be able to pick and choose the non-defective ones. Although shopping online is a valid point, but in-store shopping isn't dead so they should keep making window box packaging.
Yeah the way I see it is that online shopping, it wouldn’t matter if the box was open or closed. Still can’t see it.

I think I like her 2nd look better! Love those socks with the stripes, very throwback. She's very cute, but I think I would do away with the pigtails on my own doll, as they're kind of getting tired, honestly, and it seems like every other OMG has them, so she gets either a single ponytail, or hair down with the baseball cap. Again, not thrilled with the new boxes and no accessory storage; they need to bring that back. The new packaging takes away from the surprises, and display options, imo. Another great vid! 👍

Yes skater park is sooo cute I got her today and I put her hair up it a different way and and put her in a different outfit she came with she’s very cute ☺️,I definitely recommend her or something but it does depend who’s getting her and what they are like girly or tomboy but overall she’s very cute and I definitely definitely think she is a cute girl

I’m not sure that it’s cheaper. What’s cheaper is using bags instead of the older plastic boxes for the surprises.
I’ve only seen trendsetter but didn’t get her cause I want to wait til I see them both,and kinda sucks no more hat box and show box,it’s a hit and Miss cause running out of room for them anyways lol

I'm very new to collecting dolls (its been a full week since my first purchase aha), and .. I'm curious. Why do people really love these L.O.L dolls? I see that... they're like the most popular ones with doll reviewers and maybe their appeal is just a tad bit lost on me but I'd like to know what other peoples' opinions on them are :o If anything, I think the large dolls like these are pretty neat but I guess their faces are kinda hard to look past?
I enjoy the animated style of their features
They are super cool from a design standpoint. Great graphic design and fun, bold, doll design. So many other dolls are tasteful and polite but not as much fun.

I like the clothing, hair and style they have. Their faces are my least favourite part for sure. Huge heads and flat faces.
Lol omg and tweens are favorites for me. They are colorful and fashions unique. Love their hair! Very cool accessories. They are different from other dolls (like Barbie) and give off exciting vibes.

look, outside EUA, MGA does NOT care for defects, meaning iven if i buy in store a doll and i don't know she looks great in box, but has no hair in the back of her dead, MGA wont give me another, give my money back nothing, and again most people shop online for OMG and any doll really this days, soo for me the new doll box works on the sense that YOU that live in EUA can look for your perfect doll, and cant get another, can complain, my Latino ASS has to stay with the doll that i get because also, they are CRAZY expensive outside EUA, like last week i try to buy the Chillax and RollerChick 2 pack, for you in store they go about 32/34 dollars before tax, online for me they are 78,89 dollars, get it? soo yeah i pay a lot and dont get the care and detais, like the box the things i get before? for me it makes a diference! but again collecotors love to complain about "oh this doll with is made like a thousend for minute came with this 1 spot of paint out of place" so for those it makes sense, for me? not iven a little.
