Sara was a victim, she does not need redemption. I don't see why people think, that she had a choice with the League. She was forced to do the bad things only to survive. The only bad thing she did was to fall in love and be seduced by the playboy boyfriend of her sister, but there was a reason for her to be drawn to him, they are soulmates. While Legends exaggerate her assassin past and use it for laughs, which is not fair for person who suffers PTSD.
Les Les she was meant to fight darkness
Heres the thing: shes not a bad person and it's increadible how much shes managed to change and turn her life around but survival doesn't excuse killing a bunch of people. Also, personally I don't think they exagarated her trauma/PTSD. Even after she escaped the League, on Legends she killed a few people in season 2 and a ton in season 1. Personally I think she did need redemption and I think she finish redeeming herself in season 2 when she resisted using the Spear of Destiny for herself. I mean they even said that all the pain she had endured had led up to that moment. Thats just my opinion tho, either way shes one of my favorite characters in the Arrowverse.
Wow, just wow 😮 This is like one of the best tributes to Sara Lance I have ever seen.. 🤩 And believe me, I have watched many videos of this favorite character of mine 😉 Redemption.. I think Sara Lance is the most layered, complex and resilliant character of the Arrowverse. And her journey from the beginning of Arrow to the latest Legends of Tomorrow season/last part of Arrow is an emotional rollercoaster to watch 😱 Her journey is amazing 😃 From young girl who made wrong choices, to 'monster' to survive, to redemption seeking legend, to grown woman slowly accepting she is worthy of forgiveness and being happy. Wanting to be the best version of herself..

Honestly thank you for this tribute, i listen it almost everyday because i like the message of this video and this character.
Even when i was watching arrow back in the days, i always feel that Sara was too "powerful" to be just a "member" of the team arrow, that she deserve to have her own team and now it's done ^^

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I am completely speechless 😭😭 😭😭 😭😭 😭 Sara Lance has been through a lot of pain and trauma in her life and never deserved it. I'm glad she's on legends because she is finally happy with her life and doesn't have to feel that pain anymore ❤️❤️ on Arrow, Nyssa, and her family never truly understood what she went through and didn't try to understand the things she wanted. With legends, everyone is a true family and are always there for Sara, but don't pressure her to talk about the things she did. Now my only hope is that she can live a happy life with Ava ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ (P.S. next edit you should do one with all legends working as a team, a family)
Laurel and Ollie never pressured her to do anything or talk at all. Neither did Nyssa for that matter.

And Sara's whole monologue throughout this video.. That's from the last few eps she is in Arrow, right? I have not seen those yet (I am towards teh end of S5 now. Watched Legends of Tomorrow first xD) Not annoyed I've been spoiled a bit, it sounded great so I look forward to seeing it fully :3

I get why Sara Lance is after redemption, but actually attaining that is downright practically impossible, especially considering who/what her master, "Count Iblis" really is, and he extracts a devastating price, especially upon those who try to break away from enslavement to him/it, more precisely "it" fits, as that alien intellect is completely devoid of DNA, the deciding element by which gender is determined is indeed DNA, and as a totally nonphysical entity, he has no DNA, not one tiny subatomic particle makes up that monster- and "monster" fits it to a T. To beat that thing's influence and break away and gain independence from that monster it requires the aid of the only Being to have bested it, and that Being is our Maker- in His human form and nature.
Without availing ourselves of His aid, it'll come to naught, as we'd be worn down and totally subsumed into the realm of the ancient adversary, the old serpent who seduced our earliest ancestors in the human race, and we'd merely vanish into the night of eternity, totally disappearing into "eternal entechment" as I tend to think of the enslavement that Perdition does to those who fall victim to its influence.
I'm with her in this struggle, as a colleague only, but unless she asks for His aid, it'll fail, and she'll be swallowed up by what amounts to "Eternity's USSR" basically, and thus enslaved in total moral darkness.

@@thebelen2359 Title of the video, Sir: redemption is one *breaking free* of enslavement; and if you remember, in her past, she was part of a cult, thus a gang of a sort, the "League of Assassins".
Now we factor in the odds of someone *on their own* breaking free of addictions to misbehavior: almost completely impossible to do *on your own*, to truly do so requires real Divine Intervention to enable one to be freed; granted, that happens far more frequently than we can think of, but it is necessary to enable freedom from a lifestyle of misbehavior.
Anything else in this you need help with clarifying? By all means: feel free to ask! I'm more than eager to help clarify these matters, but I need specifics of the problems to be most accurate.
