They were, are and will always be the perfect symbiosis of vitality, playfulness, bittersweet wisdom, melancholy, mischief and a big, fucking YES towards life.
I issue this decree: Fat Wreck and their prize ponies Lagwagon have cemented themselves as legends in my mind. What a set! The 24 or 25 anniversary was a truly a gift for diehards like me.
+Luke Desaulniers i actually bought a VHT after he got his and i heard his a few times at Lagwagon shows. Mine was a Pitbull but maybe a different model, theres like 4 types of VHT pitbull amps.. anyway mine didnt sound as good, or i couldnt make it sound as good.. sold it. His seems very quiet (not noisy) and tight sounding.
+OldSchoolAddict That would have been cool to see. I did see them once back in 1994 at the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma. There were only about 10 of us there. They basically just asked us what we wanted to see them play. Must have sucked for them but it was pretty awesome for the few of us that were there.
A solid gig! But the crowd is so idle. You can't be like this when the show starts with Island of Shame! Lagwagon I think it's time to test some countries you have never played. Just like Greece and most specific Thessaloniki. Panic it's just a little word to describe!
