Fantastic breakdown of the process, etc. I've been doing research and one thing I find troubling is that the government website does NOT list the laws or regulations governing this process. Often times, there are conflicts with what is on a website and what is actual law. Now I gotta go dig through all tourism and customs laws to see what is really what. It is CRIMINAL to be charging people as if they are doing commerce. No profit can be made by returning home, so why would household items be considered goods?
