NEW HAGOROMO OTSUTSUKI TRAMPLES ON ALL ONLINE!!! - Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections

The first DLC of Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is finally upon us and it is non other than The Sage of Six Paths himself: Hagoromo Otsutsuki! I am very happy that he has finally made his way into the Storm Series and he did so with a bang. His visuals are amazing, his attacks are stunning and his damage can go through the roof if you combine the right assists with him! He is a character that has a slight learning curve to him and you must have complete control of him before heading online.
Hagoromo has two primary jutsus in his arsenal. His first jutsu is a lightning strike that hovers above your opponent. On hit it makes them crumble, which means that you can confirm another attack on them if timed right. Having good assists come in handy here, because Hagoromo cannot confirm any hits after this jutsu if he is far away (long recovery frames). Having a long range assist with you can help solve this problem. The start-up on this jutsu is pretty much near instant and it is hard to interrupt. If you are too late to stop this move it will still confirm a hit on you, which causes you to be at a disadvantage. This is a great combo extension tool when mixed in with assists, so be sure to find the correct team synergy with Hagoromo!
His second jutsu sends out a wave of spiral rods that stun your opponent on hit. This is a great keepaway tool and it provides you with the right amount of cover when approaching your opponent. Mix this in with any other ranged jutsu and you will be able to destroy your opponents guard in no time! The start-up on this move is somewhat on the longer side, so be sure to use it at medium to long range.
Furthermore, both of his jutsus can also be used in the air so be sure to keep that in mind. They function differently in the air, so you have to make sure you test them out in practice mode.
Overall, Hagoromo is a great character and he might seem hard to use at first because he is new and all. I believe that once you have complete mastery of this character he will definitely be a force to be reckoned with! Definitely check him out if you haven’t!!
