3 characters that I think should come as DLC at some point is the 3 sound gennin. Nobody ever talks about these guys but they were in the entire chunnin saga and would easily have enough moves to make up a move set.
I said the same thing and just accepted they not revenant enough but always wanted then especially in early Naruto games Naruto would be even better than dbz if they added every character in the anime like garra sensei Baki chojuro Guren pakura gary them rock ninja
Hopefully alongside Code and Toneri, Shizune and Anko are part of the dlc pack since they're the two that need to be in the game. Of course Adult Konohamaru as well. Yugao and Hayate are underrated in my opinion.

Honestly I just want the game to die gracefully. It’s been fun and all but it’s time for it to get put on the shelf by sparking zero. That’s definitely going to be the more polished game

In Bandai Namco's official page patch notes, dlc is removed. Season Pass 2 is less likely to come out
