yes it can! the most common phenomenon is"cockroach allergy" it is caused due to the debris ( waste of cockroach) which can cause whheze,sinusitis,respiratory allergies ( note-not skin allergies).this can be diagnosed with a blood test and its very common in countries like India and Singapore.

Did you check her iron and thyroid.. is she having enough energy to do all her daily works and being active? If so dont worry.. they ll gain weight after puberty..
No your child is very underweight and she is the weight of a 4 year old child. There are multiple reasons and we will have to investigate.
