I am a nephrologist and kidney doctor who believes that the best tool to reduce the burden of kidney disease globally is not medication, lab tests, or even genetics research. Instead, knowledge of kidney disease can best protect our kidneys.
This channel is part of the kidney disease awareness project I have worked on for years. It started with long conversations with kidney patients in the office and hospital. During these conversations, I was perplexed to see patients’ lack of knowledge about their kidney disease.
To fill this gap, I developed a blog for kidney disease patients, “Kidneyblogs.com,” where patients could find the correct information-and access a nephrologist for kidney-related questions. But then, I realised that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the UA-cam channel you will explore.

Useful video for aged people like me but alhamdualah I am living a normal life making life style according to my kidney health . You mentioned required test to check the kidney which I have already done so many times . I am following your advice strictly . Walk 6 km daily in two sessions.pl advice walk 6 km is ok or harmful muscles involved by walking . I am asking because you discussed involving muscles one of the cause increasing Creatine .

Ji you can plan a pregnancy. But pregnancy is a major stress on all body organs including kidney. You should consult and follow a nephrologist throughout the pregnancy.

Ji sir if you have fully functioning organ, you should value your health and life and start doing regular exercise. Start with walk and reach the goal of resistance exercise. Join a coach for a month, learn all the exercises from him and then do it on your own for the rest of your life, until....
