Jordan Ryan is a good BJJ practitioner and has an amazing teacher. But I don't see drug users as legit competitors in any sport. It's forces others to be on that level as well. Look at Bodybuilding. All you see now is Drugged up guys. Not one isnt. Hope it doesn't go the same route with BJJ.
@@americandissident9062 Steroids would help. But so would a compitant coach teaching them how to warmup and stretch correctly. I don't dislike people using the stuff I just think it's a dangerous thing to do. Use at your own risk.

TRT stands for test replacement therapy, if your levels are physiologically normal (300-900) and you take test, you’re just juicing

I’ve had several teammates try to go for ADCC, and they were all told that if they’re not on gear, they’re going to end up getting hurt.

@@Randoverse I think stretching and warming up isn’t going to close the gap between a regular guy and a hulk who is carved out of wood.
