Using Natural Geographical Boundaries to Place Kingdom Borders | Fantasy Map Making (Part 3)

In Have you ever wanted to create an entire world that only existed in your head?
In this 10 part series we use Wonderdraft to craft a custom fantasy world map for Dungeons & Dragons. This world is part of an entirely original campaign setting of my own creation named the Legacy of the Veil. In this worldbuilding exercise I take a map project from concept to completion, ending up with a full world map that could be used in any TTRPG. You can enjoy dozens of hours of intricate map-building work at a fraction of the time in these time-lapse videos.
In Part 3 we take a geopolitical view of the continent as a whole, placing country borders aligned to natural geographical boundaries along with fleshing out a few smaller mountain and island nations.
