Karachi is on sand. You can't built skyscraper. It will be very expensive. Besides it is on earthquake plate and they don't allow residential skyscrapers.
Builiding Skyscrapers in Karachi is bannned under the law.
This video has been shot very unimaginatively, with many bland uninteresting views, missing almost all the important landmarks, also over exposed.there are many other better videos on youtube.

He stayed around the shoreline because rest of the areas look like some war torn Syrian city, lack of green vegetation, hideous uncolored buildings and shanty towns, maze of chaotic and undeveloped streets. Seriously, there's no concerted effort to beautify the city. Compared to that, look at the aerial view of Lahore, looks so refreshingly green, well maintained.
