I've came over your videos recently and I was caught immediately. It is a shame that you have so much less views than so many others with so much less experience. I love your moves, your mobility, the fact that you can do your moves in proper form (best), but you can do it even as a beginner or elderly person in a less good form and that's ok too!! Thank you for your way, your skill, your personal way to make the vids.

Been using your workouts with some modifications for a stimulant like boost in the mornings and it’s phenomenal... I feel so good after. Not killing myself, but rather waking my body up to move optimally and more efficiently. Coming from a “bodybuilding” and weight lifting space, this is a massive refresher for my body! Thank you
Yes! Great strategy. These practices are a simple way to maintain athleticism, mobility, and high energy without excess stress on the body. Also, greater movement efficiency and mindfulness. All leads to more productive strength training and fewer injuries👍🏽
