- I finally try "Scape and Run" Parasites with no other mods installed other wise known as Vanilla Parasites. I decided to do it on Hardcore as well and just see how far I can get.

to avoid parasites that comes from the ground, (like the primitive tozoon) dig a 3 block tall gap under your entire base. still keep your floor. but make sure it's 1 block thick and nothing else. no more annoying parasites coming up from the ground in your own base.

also the first time I’ve seen a Tozoon spawn. Tozoons and Vermin’s spawn so rarely I never see them
in one of my worlds my first primitive was a vermin 💀
Oh that’s pretty cool I just never see them at all. I only saw one spawn in the previous vid of them and in like two hordes from other ppls vids but never otherwise.

This was an experience, but also if you are unaware in the latest update it introduces a new Variant called the breacher, basically primitives/ Adapted/ Pures can have a blue ish variant that basically can break at double the hardness, for example a regular Primitive longarm can only break blocks that have less then 4 hardness value, a breacher longarms can break blocks with less then 8 hardness
That's fucked up...

oh and btw these new breacher variants can break sturdy stone, aka 1 of the prime building materials these guys use apart from obsidian
@@zuko-pl7rj ima be real i feel like the SRP devs just dont want bunker down tactics but i honestly feel like they are kinda ruining the mod abit by fool proofing everything like how the warden im thankful mojang stopped giving it buffs or else it would be way to overbearing. i get the mods called Scape and Run but uhhh running outside on higher phases is suicide practically not everyone wants to have to use like draconic evolution armor or whatever just to live and wander out on higher phases.
@@Helix142 Well in SRP yes theres creatures that are literal gods but the main goal is to not Get to those Phases so that you dont get those creatures, its all about strategy on controlling parasite phases, you cant get let the phases go up willey nilley bcs thats how you loose your world, with srp you gotta play it smart
@@zuko-pl7rj well the problem is all the cool stuff is at the late phases its why like everyone just lets phases progress early game so stuff actually happens. the majority of your content comes from later phases is also a major thing to keep in mind as well also ima be real its kinda hard to contain things whenever alot of the late stage parasites just poke massive holes in the ground really annoying to have to deal with that.
This is just quite literally torturing yourself

Atleast you died like a warrior , because damn these bugs are impossible to fight without mods , its that unbalanced that you need a thousand mods just to balance it out , and yet they destroy you if you dont have some godly protection armor thats unbreakable and doesnt let other mobs harm you, like that one armor that protects you even from/kill from what ive heard in another comment section
