Is this legal in folkstyle ?
It would be legal if standing like demonstrated but not like how JB shot because his weight was on knees and hands. I did this in folkstyle you just have to split the hold almost like a spiral ride from the front. Its way harder this way of course and mainly works with lighter weight classes.

@@odstp1tv1pr37 you can lock hands when standing but as soon as knees are on the floor it’s illegal. That’s why it’s illegal from referees position even if nobody had scored a takedown

Do it all the time when people try to drive into me, typically the posture isn't as high from my experience. Plus it feeds right into high guard, which is sick.
