"the old man looked at me like I let him down!"
nah homie, he thinking how the education system let you down.
Don't let school get in the way of your education.
@@JK-gu3tlI wasn't home schooled, but my sophistication surely wasn't picked up in public school, rather refined like a hammer and anvil.
I like the Edward Allen poe bit. Shit has layers.
Very allegorical
@@seewhativescenei could of done a "propane" joke but we're in East Baltimore gentlemen
Young man you know where the Poe house is? Look around, take your pick!
That kid never had the makings of a varsity poet.
The comic relief at the beginning of a cold open makes for a nice change of pace.
That "Do Tell." will forever be epic. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
For those who dont know, Edgar Allen Poe resided and buried in Baltimore. Hilarious reference in the beginning.
anybody who wasn’t able to get the reference didn’t finish high school lol
I didn’t know the damn house was in Baltimore 💩 head
Sham throwing in his own sob story about a watch he wasn’t wearing. Looking for that compensation
😂
A man's gotta have a price- I mean code, yeah a code
“Thank you young man” 😂1:14
"Because."
"Because?"
"Indeed."
He probably never mentioned Brandon to his crew and they can't understand this vendetta.
Exactly! That was his opportunity to explain, but he chose not too
Should he have explained, his crew most likely wont want to proceed with the robbery anymore. The girls just wanna make money and once they know they are taking huge risk robbing Barksdale because of some personal vendetta not even related to them, they most probably wont want in on it anymore.
You would think Omar would be smart enough to realize it was a trap and he was getting set up but he let his emotions ruin his logic. @@TheWireUni
😂😂😂
I didn’t even realize that’s the same idiot that was complaining to Cutty and Slim about being a decoy 😂
That story is so sad. Nothing has changed years later. Its worse than ever. So messed up. I miss Omar. He's always Omar to me.
A goofy what he was
@@glennwright5331You're projecting.
@@Masutorahe was a goofy though. No one in this show is a hero
You don't have to think he's a hero to be out here on some mierda, it's fiction cabrón @@tayluc777
@@MasutoraOmar was respected because of he didn’t target civilians, but if we’re being real then Omar is a hypocrite which is goofy. He was against snitching until Brandon got killed then he snitched, he even called Bubble’s “snitching Bubs” as if he’s not a snitch 🤦🏽♂️
And if the man coming… make ready for the man.
Fucc a re-up, son. Out here, in the middle of nowhere, miles from where any of these mopes do business. This right here is resupply.
I dare you talkk that slickk talkk outside where UA-cam's not there to backk you up
No country for old men? But in real life like in the show the resupply is a container full of food on the docks.
DO TELL
The tell tale heart
Omar was the main reason that barksdales fell 😂
1:28 Dam, U-Turn 😂
I bet he lowkey was upset with himself that he let the old man down lol😂
Then he got hyped over a fat chick in scrubs☹️
This and the court room scene from season 2 is when I felt they was making the Omar character way too over the top. It was just a little too extra
The court room scene I was cool with, but this scene was unbelievable 🤣
I like that Omar is like a mythical entity or something. People say The Wire is the most realistic show ever but I think people don't get it that at the end of the day it's a show, if it was 100% realistic it would be boring as fuck...The Wire is very well written, not realistic.
So the Barksdale organization took over that building to use as a stash house, but there was an old lady named Elaine that still lived there? Was she free to come and go as she pleased? Would a smarter crew have gone back to ask her if she was expecting her brother Earl before letting Omar in?
1:19 Omar! 😂😂😂
1:49 damn shamrock you should have given that advice to marlo. "He called you by name string. Unless you step to him, it's gonna be like this."
Completely forgot this scene because let's be real you following wire clips. Even the scene when omars crew asks why he keeps targeting the Barksdale people.
Damn good upload bro keep it up.
Thank you! 💯 As you know with The Wire, scenes and storylines are extremely spread out. Sometimes over MULTIPLE seasons. It's easy to forget... That "Oh shit I forgot this happened!" feeling is what I love. Brilliant writing!
Shorty had them DSL
You'd be the type to get distracted off an overweight chick while in charge of security
Shamrock claiming they stole his watch, yet he doesn't have one on here. 😂
Uncle Earl😂
"Na Na Na" 🤣
Crushed velour. Eternal 90’s.
Wait solar took 600k worth of drugs in the first scene or 600 58/50 valves ?
Is the shootout going to be in the next video?
Yep! 😂
I forgot he did that goofy shyt
i eat nothing but bacon, eggs, steak, shrimp, corn, cheese, butter, hambugarm, chciken, cheese, butter, hotdog
Nah because what vehicle did yall drop him off in would of been my first thought
Makes it all the stranger that they tried to rip n run without clearing the back porch where Omar had already seen them. Unlike him.
I don’t know no elwid alec poh.
How they not know that was Omar in the wheel chair why would he come to a stash house
Yo the color of omars eyes are yellow af got that jondice
He never did that like that to Marlo
He was past his prime. Marlo got him outta retirement strictly for revenge
He robbed Marlo at the poker game
He got marlo directly at a card game and marlo them feared him
You trippin He took Marlo’s Poker Game money and HIS RING 💍 Omar actually Doubled Up on Marlo in 1 sitting lmao 😂
@@TheWireUniNot outta his prime in my opinion. At the end of the day, Omar is still human. He's not some 100% accurate marksman with a shottie. He just went up against a crew with extremely fierce hitters. I mean facing Chris, snoop and the young prodigy Michael at the same time is an absolute nightmare. Omar was outnumbered because he insisted on going alone without support from Renaldo and his friends. Even with all that he still had a pretty good run. The Stanfield crew went to defcon 1 purely out of fear of him. He even had chris uncharacteristically shook for a while. Omar did amazingly well for a one man army. He's not to be underestimated ever but at the end of the day he's still human
If them two dudes was any smart they would have went in the back and ask Miss Lady if that was her brother one should have went back and the other watch the door common sense
For a gay dude he had the hardest gangsters in the city shook 😂
You was so shook of being seen as gay that you had to edit this comment
In real life he wasn't gay. That was hollyweird flair.
@@SamBrickell it was a TV show "loosely" based on real life stuff. And why did you like your own comment?
He wasn't a gangster. He was always a stick-up robber, solo more or less. He had a crew sometimes, but they were basically freelancers.
Sort of heroine Robin Hood
@@ConradKurze never said he was a gangster. And yeah, he was a Robin Hood.
Man, the wire got so goofy after season 1, wtf happened?
Dude In the grey shirt is the same one who messed up Slim Charles and Cutty’s blitz play
Yep! His character came and went QUICKLY 😂
There go nay nay ass right there!
The black women in this show were gorgeous af. Too bad they were too ratchet lol
Especially Donnette and Kimmy!
