I'm so grateful for everyone who puts these kinds of videos up. This helps so much better than just a textbook since I'm doing an online class and I'm a visual learner. :]
+Jocelyn Espinoza I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to uncover how to learn human anatomy try Moorack Simple Anatomy Miracle (just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my co-worker got cool results with it.
+Jocelyn Espinoza There are several components to studying anatomy. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Anatomy Blueprint Pro (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most useful course i've seen. Check out this unbelievable website.
I wish my Anatomy prof was able to be this clear and concise with study habits and learning techniques... The class is so intimidating, but you have great tips to make learning easier :) thanks!
Good video...I survived with A both semester....1.) reviewed notes every day after class..and 2) bought an a&p. coloring book...made 3 copies....1.colored it,2.:reviewed it while studying.again. coloring .it 3.. reviewed it again....it worked for me......but I enjoyed class and lab....I took a&p while working full time....
Great stuff Maam! I wouldn't have come up with a solution like that to studying. This anatomy stuff is very involved and there is soooo much info. Thanks for your tip!
I find this very helpful, and I certainly will use these ideas with my studies. Thank you for posting this. Thank God for youtube, and thank you for sharing your knowledge. Hope you will continue to share to the public.
beautiful..i want to become a teacher one day :-) wish i could learn to teach my students like you! well i would not be teaching bio ( may be i will :-) but the concepts are the same isnt it? i love it how u explain the way brain stores new info by making connections with the ALREADY stored old data.."its all about connections"! thank you so much!
Thank you!! This will help me so much on my anatomy final next week! Usually I just use brute repetition to memorize. Definitely will try the tell a story method!
interesting points ,if anyone else wants to discover how to study for human anatomy and physiology try Wondsting Anatomy Guide Wiki (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.
Awesome video I wish there was a list of greek/latin names like u listed, but more indepth. I tried googling some but there is way to many. The ones you name are definitely words i have seen so far in A&P. Words like Pterygoid, fossa, meatus, clinoid, ramus and formina!
well you explained my first semester dont need that anymore but what about the second semester such as endocrine and digestive system, and so on and so forth
There are several components to learning human anatomy. One place I found that succeeds in merging these is the Anatomy Blueprint Pro (check it out on google) definately the most helpful course i've heard of. look at this super website.
So many good ideas here!! However, I wanted to use it in my high-school class, but the image of the gun to the head and the mnemonic sexual reference makes this inappropriate - even for liberal western Oregon. Too bad. I'll keep checking on your other offerings. Thank you.
You are a teacher, a high-school teacher for that matter yet you complain of the mnemonic references being sexual? Aren't you, the teacher, supposed to be the one who comes up with lesson plans and ideas like this to help your students? Some Lessons Today Puts The Textbook Chapters Here. It makes no sense but it took me 30 seconds and Im a college student. It just seems like teachers today do NOTHING but look for lesson plans or ideas to steal online. Its not fair
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out how to study for human anatomy try Grathaw Simple Anatomy Expert ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.
interesting points ,if anyone else needs to find out about how to learn human anatomy try Panlarko Anatomy Course Planner (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got great success with it.
