- How much would the Naruto story change if Shisui Uchiha never died before the Uchiha Massacre happened? How different would everything be if his plan to stop the Uchiha from turning against Konoha had actually worked? Would Sasuke be as strong as he ended up becoming or would he actually become stronger? I always thought it was cos Tobirama never trusted them and passed that mistrust on to his students. And Dando takes the warnings more seriously than maybe tobirama meant.
@@screampunk1178 yeah i think so too,Tobirama never hated them,he was just being cautious, Danzo used that as an excuse to further his flawed agenda.Also Itachi's father Fugaku didn't really help matters either by remaining obstinate and not wanting a compromise, plus Hiruzen was kinda naive too if Minato was there he probably would have resolved the misunderstandings between the Uchihas and the village

Shisui is the real O.G of the Uchiha clan.......no drama, no emo like attitude, no flawed philosophy about life and no bullshit rationalisation of terrible actions that led to the death of innocents.He was just a good guy trying to do the right thing, out of everyone he understood,better than anyone what right and wrong were.

Madara: Hated his own Uchiha clan after they sided with Hashirama in the hokage 'elections',returned to the village trying to destrroy with the 9 tails because his pride was hurt.He blamed his own clan for his own inferiority complex. Meanwhile people like Hashirama and Tobirama keep on enduring tragedies and don't necessarily blame anyone for it, just get on with their lives
Obito: Was an optimistic kid with a friendly attitude (which was rare for the Uchihas) turned evil after a single tragedy in his life and blames the world for making him that way,meanwhile Kakashi loses everyone important to him, doesn't blame anyone and gets on with his life
Itachi: Kills the entire Uchiha clan, granted he didn't want to and did it to prevent war and the show tells us that he's a hero......really i mean this guy slaughtered children and old men,is he really a hero,does it really matter if he was feeling bad about it, why should we care if he did? He still killed those kids and innocents (you need a certain level of vindictiveness inside of you to do that) also don't tell me that there wasn't another way to resolve that conflict, Itachi disliked his clan for their self centered nature and i'm not saying that's why he killed em but that is one of the reasons that contributed to his actions
Sasuke: I don't need to explain he took no responsibility for his actions and blamed his sociopathic demeanour and terrible actions on eveyone else
Shin:The same goes for him
Izuna: Stopped his brother from forming a peace pact with the Senjus because they killed his brothers (i mean it was war,i'ms sure you killed a lot of brothers and cousins and fathers and sons too, don't try and get the moral high ground) instead he was selfish and blamed senjus for his problems
Seeing a trend here? The Uchihas have a tendency to blame other people or the nature of the world for their issues,meanwhile they forget that there are other clans who exist in the same world as they do but they don't start bitching and moaning and point the finger at others, they just move on
So in summary:
Danzo really started a world wide war that lead to the awakening of Madara and the literal god of chakra which almost killed everyone
yeah otherwise shisui could have just kotoamatsukamied obito, why didnt he do it to danzo? 3 reaons, plot, illness, and the fact that if shisui was last seen fighting danzo, and suddenly danzos all expressive about agreeing to the plan at the hokage room, the elders/advisors wouldn't have any of that, and i bet as the hokages advisors, theyd have a DEEP info network, they find out shisui was seen fighting danzo, and kaboom they release the info that an uchiha tried to manipulate a konoha general, kaboom war

First and Cannon one
It was a brief fight but shisui got caught off guarded After he put danzo in a genjutsu danzo used kotoamatsukami to escaped and got him
Only fight shisui and danzo had that made sense being honest
So if shisui didnt die it would be shisui shippuden

kyle lopez Neji would win the Chunnin exam fight with Naruto. The Hyūga clan would be much more explored. Hinata would have more character other than the love interest of Naruto. And they would be much more feared, mostly the mist village.

I think they were already under restrictions and that would’ve made matters worse as during that time besides Jinchūriki ,and lord first , the uchiha were the only ones known to be able to control the tailed beasts . That would’ve furthered speculation in my opinion as that’s what happened in the story .
they were prohibited to help stopping the nine tails, because 1. the higher up actually suspect it was Uchiha's doing 2. even if they were not the one who did that, only Uchiha can control nine tails, and they were afraid Uchiha will use the nine tails.

Shino couldve used his parasitic insects to eat away at Jirobo's Chakra consuming earth prison and escape much quicker. Choji still would have fought him and that wouldve stayed the same. Shinobu would have used the bugs to attack kidomaru from afar and avoid being hit by any arrows with insects throwing off the angles and such. Kiba wouldve fought sakon and ukon as is Canon. Shikamaru wouldve fought Tayuya. But Neji wouldve tried to fight Kimimaro instead of Naruto having to wait for Lee meaning Naruto couldve caught up to Sasuke much sooner and with more Chakra left. When Gaara appears to help Lee and Neji, either gaara wouldve been told to move on and help Naruto or Neji wouldve let Gaara stay and go himself. Therefore Sasuke would have been stuck in a 2 on 1 fight against Naruto and Neji or Gaara, most likely leading to Sasuke's retrieval instead of his escape.

@Michael Anderson Ok but you're still not explaining from where characters in the show would know the inforation about Kotoamatsukami having 10 years of cooldown? They had to base that on something. The only logical case would be Shisui stating it himself.
And since it's one of the only 2 jutsus in the series stated to even have cooldown (second being Orochimaru's true form to change bodies) - other MS abilities aren't good example to compare.
The Uchiha Clan and the Saiyan Race are basically the goats of their respective franchises. Even in Bleach, the final arc showed how powerful the Quincies are, if left unchecked.

Now, with Zetsu being a factor, I really really think that before the 5 Kage summit happens, there would be a plan to deal with Shisui. If not killing him then somehow removing him.
And in the long run, I also think that Madara, Obito and Zetsu would be able to come up with a plan to handle the Uchiha and by extension, Sarutobi.
So if they are able to subdue and capture or eliminate Shisui before he encounters Obito, the biggest problem is that Konoha would have too much great talent; both battle wise and mind wise.
If Itachi, Shisui and Minato had survived there would have never been a war
