I assume it took a broadside hit and he managed to find two doors same color coincidentally. I don't think I'd do all that work to a fender and a hood though as opposed to just replace them with used same as the doors(?)
Gret workmanship just as long as you and or prospective buyers understand they now have weakened n/s. Also, for the colour and work that's gone in to repairing that bonnet, you couldn't find a secondhand bonnet mate.🤔 On the whole, enjoy watching the channel mate.👍
Great to see it back on the road. To all the keyboard warriors, look at where this is being done. In China, entire factories collapsed when they got 5" of snow on the flat roof. Trucks are often repaired in open yards with basic tools. Would I drive this car on the Autobahn at 250 kmph, no, but around downtown Shanghai, no problem. Besides, it's a modern MB. It won't be on the road for another 8-10 years anyway.
Incrível a recuperação desse veículo, mas o que é um absurdo e sem pensar na saúde e segurança é não usar no mínimo óculos de proteção, aliás, se perder a visão por causa de queimadura ou estilhaço, não haverá dinheiro pra recuperar. Brazil 🇧🇷
Scary to watch these guys work without any eye protection or weld glasses. I'd love to hear what a German mechanic would have to say about taking the dents out of a hood by jumping up an down on it. Still, a lot of what we see done here is really clever and imaginative.
Wear bloody glasses! I hope no one copies these unsafe practices but it is fun to watch these videos just keep safe and keep other safe as a role model.
This is all well done, but let's not forget one thing: the structural integrity has been badly damaged and it won't survive another impact like this one. Next time a car hits from beside, it will fold like cardboard.
Well I wish they'd shown what the car looks like intact before they start doing the work......this isn't nearly as interesting without the disassembly.
As someone who worked at Manheim Auto Auction in Pennsylvania, this wouldn’t fly here in the states for one second. Way too much work for an area that’ll never look right and that will crumple even easier next time. He’s a hard worker I’ll give him that
Oriental mind is much different than westerners. What is fools gold for Americans is pure gold for orientals. Some people just care about getting to their destination it doesn't matter what vehicle they make it in...as long as they get there
Ok,where is the measuring equipment ? U ca just bent it via eye sight.. the door seals and body alignment? Just replace that damn fender what are you doing?
Hola Mechanic, buenas tardes. Todo lo bueno se desvanece porque ustedes NO usan PROTECTORES OCULARES. Ni con la amolador ni con la soldadura. Va mi NO me gusta. Gracias.
In the UK this car would not be allowed back on the road. It would be crushed. And rightly so. This much damage the car will never drive properly. It will pull to one side during breaking. Stear erratically at high speed. It's a death trap. It might look OK but it isn't OK. One thing for sure the scrap yards must be empty where ever this is. We crush cars that need just panels and bumpers replacing.
Life at risk? Explain how? By law you are allowed to straighten structure if it’s not cracked. It’s 100% fine. You obviously have no knowledge on reinforced steel.
@@executiveinvestments elopes you do absolutely not have any idea of the regulations on structurally repairs from example Mercedes Benz. The A and b pillars are from hardened and reinforced steel. Never straighten these unless you pulling the floor and afterwards change the full deformed structure out for a new one. This is only cosmetic work. That's why it was so hard to pull.
This is an expensive car so why fix the hood n fender! The fender u can get away with fixing it but the hood with time any bodyman know what body filler always cracks with normal opening n closing!n being black paint u will see any detail so I would just replace it!
This "repair" has rendered the vehicle to be extremely dangerous and does not conform to manufacture repair method. Anyone driving this vehicle & involved in a further impact to the same area will have severely comprised safety.
I can't get over the fact that he doesn't wear any Safety glasses. He does phenomenal work but, DUDE WEAR SOME GLASSES!!!!
The first thing I noted. Good comment.
At least he's about as safe as someone driving a car with a compromised frame
Да молодец! А потом к нам в Автосалон, в Россию.

Я никогда не видел такой качественной ручной работы. Просто шикарно.
Классная работа!!!! Привет из России
I assume it took a broadside hit and he managed to find two doors same color coincidentally. I don't think I'd do all that work to a fender and a hood though as opposed to just replace them with used same as the doors(?)
I think it's just for saving money
You so a really good work taking care of cars.
I just wish you take care of yourself the same way.

Talented young man. Nice job.

Are these left hand drive cars shipped to the US and sold after they are repairedf? Great repair work.
Os caras são bons em afiar brocas .Parabéns
Passion and hard work has brought you this far Mike. Amazing work. Thanks for sharing.
Nice visual job! Unfortunately that B pillar is as strong as warm butter! In the next car crash this car will kill the passengers!
This dude just love to restore total loss vehicle.
Mechanic Jack should be a employee of Mercedes Benz and is a Skilled Car 🚗 mechanic too.

NÃO BASTA SER GÊNIO, TEM QUE TER CAPRICHO. E SER GÊNIO É FAZER O QUE AMA.
Welding on HSS weakens the metal and will fail in the next collision.. Hugh mistake.. can cost a life
Amazing work but I would be concerned for the safety of passengers if it got into another crash!
Your boyfriend would like you to make him a delicious sandwich 😊

Greatest person & talented person, Ive ever seen 🥰🤗🙂🌻✅
This is all well done, but let's not forget one thing: the structural integrity has been badly damaged and it won't survive another impact like this one. Next time a car hits from beside, it will fold like cardboard.
He makes it looks easy, but that was easily a full 8 hour day. Probably longer.
This wouldn't be legal in the west . Great work but would be scrapped over here
It’s legal anywhere. What are talking about? Ever heard of a junk or salvage title?
Good job man, so washers what is it?
Finally got to see a car repair that is not a Nissan. 🙄🙄
Well I wish they'd shown what the car looks like intact before they start doing the work......this isn't nearly as interesting without the disassembly.
Amazing and talented
You are good man👍👍👍
Trampo da hora
Quanto tempo demora esse tipo de reparo?
amazing 🎉
Yea I agree, please use some safety equipment! Whomever his employer is, that’s on you. But I live the videos and this guy is amazing!
Golden hands, man
My only concern.. No protection gear used
As someone who worked at Manheim Auto Auction in Pennsylvania, this wouldn’t fly here in the states for one second. Way too much work for an area that’ll never look right and that will crumple even easier next time. He’s a hard worker I’ll give him that
Now its a clown car..
Complimenti
Presumably they closed while welding, right 👍

Hola Mechanic, buenas tardes.

I think it's the material is harder than Nissan so it's not easy to fix like another clips
I don't have a problem with his repair on cosmetics, but when it involves structural integrity repairs, I have an issue.

And that’s how you pit someone life’s in risk! Structure will never be the same!

Dla czego nie wymieniłeś głównego wzmocnienia słupka środkowego?
Who cares
Many Safety violations here - OSHA dream with this shop - good work though
Explain

The person who buys that car will swear to his girlfriend that he brought it FRESH OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR LOL.
