hi, nice work, thanks for the video, i built a machine similar to your design and i was making a u chanel which was 38 inches by 38 inches with a 3 inch bend at each end That turned out ok but now i am bending some 2 1/2 strips which i am bending in half to make a angel piece for my project, but the angel pieces are comming out bowed, so i am trying to figure out how to avoid the bowing each piece is about 30 inches and the bender i made can accept a 48 inch piece of plastic. Am i bending it to slow..too fast? or not cooling it down ?. like i said the big sheet turned out pretty straight but the smaller pieces are not so straight. i was thinking to use a heat gun and sandwhich the 2 1/2 inch pieces between two pieces of angel iron to straighten the bowed pieces?

post bending 2-3mm thick acrylic it starts to stress crack after a few days.... is it because its too hot or cold ? or too short a dwell time ?
Does your machine haver poder control?
If yes, try less temperature.
In the past i fold a lot of acrylic pieces and what i did was pre-heated with the hot air gun, try ir.

Try less temp.

will this also work for bending Worbla?
Yes, this machine also bend Worbla, Just need to use less power. For bending Worbla i use low temp. and short time.
