just for an base understanding for all: this deck is *not* a artifact storm deck where you draw till you get you combo nor a voltron nor equipment deck, but an vehicle deck thats based on artifact synergies so you also need lot of creatures to crew. thats why i would look very critical on thinks that arent artifacts (esp artifact creatures), produce them or benefit them but also dont make tokens, or help to close the game. so Release to Memory, Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful are options to take out also equipments oh and cause all things we do are allready high on mana cost i would also cut Myojin of Blooming Dawn and Myojin of Cryptic Dreams. so what can we put in? - more vehicles - Myr Battlesphere is insane cause it give us also tokens, the main downside is you cant get him back with most of your recursions. - duplicant can replace a removal if you want - Chief of the Foundry pump all artifacts for +1/+1 esp good for your 1/1s cause now they meet the power to crew something if your commander is out - you could put in some temporal artifact creatures like ebony fly or Fountain of Ichor in to replace other rocks - Ethersworn Shieldmage could be a "fog" for your artifact creatures - Manifold Key untaps your rocks or an blocker (maybe also something to use for crew) or make one thing unblockable - Thought Monitor could replace Thoughtcast (the most expensive of all things i recomend) - Scrap Trawler if you feel like the recursion is too weak - Power Matrix is something that can be used political but also help to get the damage (esp good if you can untap it) - also more artifact lands could be a neat surprice esp with rice and shine :) i personally also would let access denial in and try to find place for Spell Swindle, yeah they might be expensive but most things are so strong that its a gain if you allready get something with mana value 2, but more important to protect from boardwipes, cause you are set back if you loose all artifacts and also if you lose only your creatures. my recomendations are also based on the budget restriction.
This set has to be one of my favorites. The cards are good and the flavor/ art is amazing
Do one as Shorikai as the commander. He's much better
Rise and Shine could also be strong, so your vehicles get theyr power and +4/+4.
I really considered that one. This deck and the other were hard to remove cards from.

It's a bit sad the original deck had so many basic lands 😅 Great card choices!
Dont really get the synergy of the cards being added. And the carda removed were more effecrive than the ones added.
What do you think about adding Avacyn's Memorial?
I would not add it because of the 8 mana, but that's my opinion.
I wish it wasn't only Legendary permanents.
