Thanks for sharing ur morning routine. Love it! I used to only workout in the evenings as it’s easier to wash my hair once at the end of each day rather then twice (after workout in the morning and after work in the evenings). Have you had similar struggles, Em?
Thank you! I've definitely experienced that issue - I used to also only work out in the evenings but my schedule changed so that working out in the mornings was easier. I ended up usually just washing my hair in the morning!

Thanks for watching! I got the desk from IKEA a few years ago, then swapped out the original legs for the standing desk legs a couple of years after I bought it.
not gonna lie, but I rather be the one working from home lol. 8.55 alarm. 9am on the desk LOL

I heard that even high end apartment blocks in HK have loads of rats,,,,
