Joe is so wise. I could listen to him all night.
Oh, I just heard his anti-Donny rant. Never mind everyone, Joe is ordinary.
When you win a trophy, it builds that hunger to get another one. This team is young and a few of them haven’t won anything at senior level yet. Having said that, I don’t want us to be Arsenal where they win a trophy and end up in 9th in the league.
Ole trolling the media today: "Get some smiley pictures of them keepers. There's a warzone around here in the press." 😂😂😂😂😂

Refreshing positive outlook in all fields. So nice to hear such honesty. I'd like you guys to elaborate on mason greenwood and the influence that cavani has had on him. According to Stretford paddock. Cavani has taken it upon himself to give one on one training that is clearly working .I hope you can expand on conflicting to what his dad has said about Edinson, how commendable it is to coach him and its a lovely thought where a club seemingly, void of tradition and family and unintedness (not a word)or is heartlesly ran from the top. This is the kind of positivity I like to hear and would like to hear more positive family United things rather than the doom and gloom that is always impending and haunting our great club.
Joe always seems to have very intersting takes on the players which most fans probably dont seem to think of. Never thought that Fred could be fatigued, I'll be honest.
After lockdown last year, I'm buzzing to see any games even if its Europa. I'd love it for this young squad if they could pick up a trophy this season and I can see Greenwood causing all kinds of trouble for Granada. Weirdly with Marcus, I actually think he's becoming more efficient in his output (stats will probably prove me wrong but still). It felt like last season he was pure energiser bunny mode, none stop, whereas this season due to injury and probably an accumulation of fatigue he's had to be more selective with his decision making. Fred is Fred and I'm glad we have him in our squad, tireless effort, I actually think he's quite a decent passer of the ball but his strength is obviously sheer work rate. A team needs that type of player doing the graft.
Europa League would be more symbolic as a victory than meaningful as a trophy, if that makes sense.
I just want to see this team lift something together, and it would break that mental barrier we seem to have.
Plus, the Europa League is a pretty beautiful trophy, aesthetically. I love it.
30 years on from Rotterdam - winning this trophy could kick-start Ole’s tenure, a bit like the CWC did for Fergie.
Granada have the worst defensive record in La Liga. Cup and league form don't always translate, but we should be slapping these.
Yes they've conceded more goals than any other team in La Liga this season: 49. Have scored 34 so GD is -15.
Fergies first trophy wasn't the European cup. It wasn't the league.
How out of touch with reality are the people who are demanding either of those? This club is arguably in a worse position now than when it was when Fergie took over. Fergie wasn't dealing with an owner that had put the club in half a billion in debt when he took over.
And to say United weren't paying transfer fees anything like to today, well relatively they were. They were paying top dollar for players even back then, in relation to what average players cost.

Quote of the day "I love Marcus Rashford more than life itself"
I've always said us getting consistent top four is what we should be aiming for and we are well on our way to achieving that. A trophy is the next big step. Think you miss out on a lot of appeal if you aren't in the champions league every year.

Would not surprise me to see Rashford and Bruno given a rest with a view to Spurs. Cavani up top, James, DVB, Mason - Pogba and Matic in midfield.
To echo Joe, I'm right up for the Europa league
I love VDB more than anybody but we’re treating him like the front runner at the paralympics🤣😭
Fred's problem isn't that he's slowing down it's that he thinks he's two footed and he's not, he's left footed

So don’t talk about the burning from winning the Europa league. Last estimate had it equivalent to a quarter final run in the champions league. Still money to be made in that could be used as money going towards purchases in the summer.
I don’t expect rashford to play great every game but I feel like his decision making let’s him down a lot although his numbers are still really good if he improves his decision making he’ll really go up another level
Fair to say Jay had a stinker today
Granted Fred hasnt been great last few months, but I think against Brighton he was quite good
Love Marcus but his decision making needs refining somewhat. He'd run through walls to play for United so it's a bit of coaching and maybe some Christiano Ronaldo vids to watch how Ronnie developed???
Ole should give marcus a rest and maybe just give him the last 30minutes to be the game changer
Fred needs to play for Stoke.
Imagine this, Man Utd get to the Europa League Final, and Donny scores the last-minute winner, does he become of the most important signings of the summer?
No
Jay got a good point there with axel he could be the x-factor for United
Wdym
Joe spitting facts
Don’t think you guys appreciate Rashford enough. He is already explosive and world class.
Ridiculous. It's a knockout game. Go with your strongest team and WIN it. THEN Rest players for the return leg!
We had so much to do against Milan not long ago lets not forget. We didnt play our strongest team in the first leg and we went down a goal against Milan.
United need to get serious for once!
There is no goal threat from fred
I think Fred has to improve on his first touch, he gets in trouble and has to over-run because of bad first touch.
Not particularly successful but it's better than nothing innit
Well looks like we are through to the semis but we all know what is going to happen next dont we after all we've done it the last 4 semis
gotta break the curse eventually.
@@pinealdreams1064 we are a joke man pal with ole in charge we are never going to be up there teams arn't scared to play us anymore
I've been cutting my own hair since lockdown. Ill pay 800 bob for a bob
Win it just to stop arsenal from winning it and qualifying for the champions league.
100% and get us a trophy build up a winning mentality
Fred just had a 2 week break.
Fred is overly criticised he does a great job doing what he does and just that... as a squad player he's good but not a first 11 player utilizing Fred in specific senario will work great
Not it wouldn't. He's garbage. End of story. Not United level. It's a joke that he's literally the best player in that position at this club.
@@iainsteele5737 Mate, if you tried to keep up with Premier League footballers you wouldn't last 10 minutes.
When did the idea of trophies arnt important become a thing at Utd? We barely had that mentality when we won the league every year. We should try to win every competition we are in. I used to get pissed when we missed out on 1 knowing we had a chance of all four each year
You can't win a competition by getting knocked out of another one an call it a successful season
Why even bother bringing up the point that winning the Europa and finishing 2nd wouldnt constitute one of our best ever seasons? Of course it doesnt. The answer to the question is a simple and short "YES". Winning a European trophy and finishing 2nd constitutes a big success given where we are as a club/squad/team and every sane fan would have snapped your hand off for it had they been offered it at the beginning. Stop catering to these morons living in the past who pose as people who wont accept anything less than the best when all they are is people who refuse to live in current reality.
Well said. This winning cups mentality over finishing in the champions league positions is the most idiotic nonsense I’ve heard. Winning the carabao cup only gets you in the new Europa conference now ffs! Imagine the uproar of United playing in that competition. Some people need a reality check.
Who ever said that winning Europa would make this a successful season needs their head looking at! We shouldn't even be in the competition it's because we choked the ucl that doesn't make it a good season! Imagine hearing that at Madrid or Bayern after going into Europa and winning it no way!
Madrid were terrible in their group if they had the group of death they’d probably be out too, and Bayern have the best squad in Europe so of course they wouldn’t go to the Europa League, we still have 4 glaring holes in the starting 11 and 7 in the squad, second and a trophy is a good season
@@clarkkent8765 group of death please lets be honest RB leipzig shouldn‘t be near our level we are Manchester united to get out of the groupstage is unacceptable
@@clarkkent8765 no chance we bottled the group we can’t blame our squad depth for losing to bashakehir, this will absolutely not be a successful season we are 3 pts ahead of third in the league were we finished last season that’s not massive progress
100%
You sound like someone who just started watching United a year ago (I know you're probably not). United are currently on rebuild mode. We can't be compared to Bayern and Madrid because we're worse than them and won't get to their level overnight. If we had Bayern's squad I would agree with you but rebuilds (and any type of building) take time. Let's win Europa this season then next season we aim at UCL
Jay picks the worst 11
If we get knocked out in semis it's no good is it a we need to get the final and win it. Club is about winning trophies we get the first one won and then onwards again n again and again. Solskjaer needs to win a trophy
Not necessarily, 2nd is still an improvement over last season.
Yeah guess so, but i think what ole needs are players he wants
Then you'll see an improvement in the play
@@alexanderjoseph4968 he definitely should be given his chance and be backed in the summer!

Fred is embarrassingly bad. You are both far too kind to him imo. That he cost 50m just personifies the clown car the Glazers have turned us into. A joke.
