Bad quality bushings replace them
On my way to the dealer for the 3rd time with the same issue, 2018 Chevy Silverado. They claim to have a "fix" in the form of a part. When I asked what the "part" was they were very cagey. So confidence isn't high that they will actually fix the problem. This truck cost me 53K and should not be making any noises!
jcsrst let us know what they do, my 17 is starting to clunk now but not enough to narrow it down to the same issue but I’m pretty sure it is.
Just got back. They replaced the leaf springs. I had read somewhere that this was the fix. I don't think they wanted to do it but I wasn't going to go away ; ) good luck with yours!

Those leaf spring bushings dont look right...they should not be flexing like that. Try tightening the bolts and see if it helps a little...
I think it needs a stiffer bushing
I notice that too. Mine is a silverado 2017 and make the same sound
I hear that same noise, when I back up out of a parking space!
