Hooligans their name is program.......this vid is a training video how not to do....🤣🤣🤣 fire a cap before loading and the attach the primer cap firm and it will fire and do not forget the powder.....
I need to prime the nipple for my first shot after cleaning my Crockett every time. Not sure why. And I once had a significant hang fire. I'm using just over 25 grains of powder. Squirrel season opens here next week. Should be fun.
I like those kind of guns. I have an Ardesa. I would like that the compagnies make those guns with a real 32 barrel. They use the same metal rod for 32, 36, 45, and just make the hole in the desired caliber. So the 32 is heavier than the 45 because the 32 is a 45 with more metal.
When the cap goes off, and does not fire, please don’t take the gun down from your arm for at least 5 seconds, it still could hang fire.

Notice the flinch whet it misfired. Also how he jerks the trigger. He is not a rifleman.
Hooligans....but old farts normally know how to shoot...
Davy Crockett used that same rifle to hunt squirrels, bears, and other wild beasts.
David Crockett didn't have access to a cap lock.
@@rebelhomesteader right, his gun was a flintlock.
20 grains of powder! Very weak load...
I know the .50 you load 80 -120 grains. When i heard 20 or 30 grains i was like is the ball even going to make it out
