no, it's really bad and no exclusives. The goat boat is a better set with 2 exclusives and it is already confirmed in the movie
After watching the trailer, I feel like this movie deserved at least two more sets. We are long overdue for Drax and an updated Nebula - imagine a 60-something dollar set with the Guardians and Ravager Thor.
Imagine an Olympus playset that comes with Zeus (my biggest wish), Jane, Korg, Thor and maybe a few random Greek gods? It is obvious that Olympus will get attacked, so you could even throw in Gorr and maybe a henchman or two - make it reasonably priced to accommodate for the figs.
But Drax is in the set…
Maybe even a Hercules if he’s in the movie, and a small build could be a celestial seen in the trailer
Theory: New Asgard has become a tourist trap (we see a bunch of cruise ships parked in the trailer) and it's full of cheesy animatronics like this. Gorr brings it (and others?) to life as part of his attack.

Reminds me of the log ride in the Norway section of Disney World's Epcot. I think since I was at Disney last they turned the ride into Frozen, so might not be the same ride I remember anymore?
@@Gzilla313 I just watched a video of the original ride and there's a troll with some visual similarities. Guess we'll see in July!
Actually close to what happens
Michael Keaton and now Christian Bale have proven that you either die a DC hero or live long enough to see yourself become a Marvel villain.

After comparing it to Hidden Side, I really can’t unsee it. The comparison really feels too well, and I cannot believe how well it works.

Thought the teaser was good. Don't need to see anymore from it until the movie. No I haven't seen Sonic. And as we get closer to MoM I'm getting more excited
After seeing the movie, this set is actually pretty good. You get both main characters and the main villain with a monster that was actually in the movie for $20. My only gripe is that they used green and brown instead of just all black like the film.
I think it’s more worth it getting the GOAT BOAT.

DC has a plethora of characters that deserve to be feature on lego sets instead of relying on Bats.
Eclipso, Spectre, Phantom Stranger, Question, Blue Beetle (Ted Kord and a new version of Jaime as the old one from the Scarecrow Harvest is hard to find), Booster Gold, Peacemaker (seriously, if they did sets for The Batman movie, why can't do some for Peacemaker? plus how many lego weapons had done for Gordon, and few thugs), Vigilante, the New Gods (including a more classic looking Darkseid, and another Mister Miracle if the blind bags series aren't easy to find).
More Green (and other) Lanterns too (Guy Gardner, some Guardians, etc), Flash and his villains, heck, even the Justice League International (defined by its light hearted comedy tone) can fit in a set, Guy, Black Canary, Fire, Ice, Ted Kord, Booster Gold, Martian Manhunter, Batman, and the Bug as the big ship vehicle.

I think they didn't reveal this till the trailer cause I know for spider man there were like 5 or 6 possible trailers they were going to put out. I think it could be the same here where maybe Gorr and the creature was in another trailer that was not chosen.

Also, I will buy this set(when it hits the inevitable $16 at Walmart)so I can have doubles of Thor and Jane, mostly so I can reuse his hair. But this is a pretty bad set imo. And the Gorr figure is garbage imo. Hela’s figure was way better

This is kind of reminiscent of the last Dr Strange set, but all 3 figures look good, I like this monster better, and it's 10 bucks cheaper. My main issue is that I plan to get the Goat Boat which has all these figures and I'm not gonna pay 20 bucks for the monster. If my nephews really like the new movie this will be my route!
I may just get it for the minifigs. It's a cheap way to get Lady Thor. I don't really want the Goat Boat.
I think the shadow monster is one of Gorr's all black beserkers

The “Shadow Monster” looks like a rejected design from Hotel Transylvania. That is so sad it’s funny.

@@Jay-Zech The boat is this monotone weird diarrhea-sand colour, it doesn't look like a wooden boat at all, the beams and roof and ship is all one big sand coloured turd. It is too childish, not display worthy. I will get it for the goats and make a Thor moc (the Asa God, not the comic book perversion). But this monster, that is awesome. It will live in a cave with the monster from the Dr Strange set under the mini-Disney castle. I don't care about the minifigs or the super hero theme whatsoever, u see, I just like the weird monster. I would have liked a nice..wooden..viking ship though..

Seems like an obvious “filler” set, because the actual movie probably has a lot of spoilers/characters that Marvel doesn’t want revealed. A definite skip for me.
Honestly, this set has nothing special to offer. None of the minifigures are exclusive and the build seems like something LEGO just made up. There’s no value here. 5/10
