    Just make sure you’re not eating below 1200 calories a day. Women really should eat around 1600-1800 calories a day along with exercise because if it’s lower, you’ll slow your metabolism and begin storing everything as fat because your body will go into starvation mode.

    I like eating vegetarian. I miss it. It is hard to do when my husband loves meat at every meal. Your will power is great!

    The carbs are crazy high, are most vegan foods that way? I know they say if you are going to diet, you either go on the carbs or calories, never do both but I've always been told by Doctors never to go over 20 carbs a day. I've never listened lol.
