I've never seen twisting your hair and then cutting it. What does that do for your hair. Is it a new way of layering or thinning the hair.
I believe it’s to get rid of the split ends because they poke through when the hair is twisted.
That is correct. It exposes the split ends, so the client loses minimal length!
