You are absolutely right about enchantment but not black in this case. This is an old traditional pagan Slavic song of calling spring (vesnyanka). It has to push people into movement, dance, life. And if you start dancing it means the old magic still works

Spain is criminally underrated this year. It’s not my personal favourite, nor is it even in my top 5, but it’s soooo beautiful but I only see it low on everyone’s top list :( it deserves more love.
I agree, I think it's a great, emotional song. My personal theory is, that so many Spanish songs are part of the global mainstream now, that people perceive it as less unique...it could get more attention if the live performance sticks out :)
