- In this video, i test three spools of PLA 3D printing filament by Eryone, Purple and Gold Dual Colour Silk, copperfill, and Rainbow. I test their printing performance in stringing, bridging and overhangs and then print some artistic models to see how they compare in real world prints.

I've always liked Eryone's filament. They rarely disappoint.
Why does the thumbnail have the guy from "proper printing?"
Adam scuff up the Copper PLA bust a little more until you see shiny copper and put drops of vinegar here and there for that green oxidised colour and paint some mustard dabs here and there which gives a deep turquoise patina and then wrap in cling film and place in a warm place for a weekend or so until you see the colour on the edges of the mustard and then wash off gently, I got this idea from Crimson Custom Guitars, they were making a copper pick guard and used this method to add a patina to it, you can spray a matt clearcoat if you want to protect it.
I have had great luck with their PETG... rainbow has terrible reviews so haven't tried that yet.
I like their scented filaments. Way too expensive to be practical but fun to print with. The scent doesn’t stay but it smells nice while you print.
I can't get the Vector3D code to work on anything did it expire?
Im from switzerland 😢
Nice filaments! No shout-out to Jon from proper printing?? That bearded skull is basically his doppelganger haha
tri color eryone is amazing
I wish they would have have the rainbow filament in shorter sequences as i print mainly smaller designs but it looks great 👍
I completely agree
I almost only print in Eryone PETG and TPU, I’ve not used any of their pla but their CF reinforced filament is beautiful.
is the copper fillament conductive?
It isn't, i think you need much more copper by volume % as all the particles in the filament would need to form a continuous structure to be conductive.
I’ve put about 20kg of there PLA and PETG through my MK3, always good results and no hiccups. Have a look at 3DQF, nice chaps in Manchester making filament.
I wish 3DQF had some dual color or rainbow filaments but other than that their filaments are great. I ve used a couple of spools from them and been happy with it
First lol
Shame they only do 1 tpu 🤦
