I was watching the video with no sound and I tought "heck, this poor otter is having problems whith her breathing. I have to worn her owners!!". And when I came to write my worries down, I pumped the volume up and she wasnt having any problems at all!! She was criying for attention so loud!! LOL. She is so cute!!
I'm wondering if this is why Belle self-harms her tail? Does she needs more individualized attention and contact? I'm not an otter expert and am not criticizing her humans, but I do wonder if that could be an issue.
