Sometimes certain small towns can hold you back..sometimes not having a social life can hold you back.
But more or less its one of two things.
1. As a man you cant give up sleeping around wirh multiple women. Your unwilling to be faithful to one woman for the next 50 to 60 years.
2. If your a woman it may be your personality or psychology that's preventing you from getting married..

From my Houston experience..with a lotta successful ladies many resist getting married prolly because they think they can find better or they'recaught up with the party scene and soon no one takes them seriously...maybe their success gets into their heads. I doubt if it's the men. As for Houston marriages though...you'd have to talk to God about that... due to African women seemly competing against each other and poisoning each other..just my observation.
