Hi, nordic room here, I live in Finland.
In this video: A cozy day to welcome summer, finishing to organize my wardrobe, making strawberry and ice cream pancake, enjoying the brightest night.
** Finnish oven pancake recipe **
Ingredients: 8 dl milk, 4 dl flour (about 260 g), 3 eggs, a pinch of salt, 2 tbs butter.
Procedure: Beat flour, eggs, melted butter and salt into the milk. Let the dough swell for about 1/2 hour. Pour the dough into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C ( 392°F) on the middle level of the oven for about 30 minutes.
The recipe is suitable for sweet and savoury dressing. For example: serve it (sweet) with jam, berries and ice cream, whipped cream, simply powdered sugar or (savoury) smoked salmon and smetana (sour cream / crème fraîche).
