This looks really nice. Do we still have access to the lower tray near the tailgate after the box is installed?

You would have to modify the floor panel to be able to open it with the box installed. You could always simply remove it first before you install the box to have open access to the compartment, or you can simply remove the box if you need to gain access.

Will this work with a 2 door if i remove the rear seats?

Once again, for Minivans (4-doors) only. Also, not very secure when you can get to the bolts used to bolt it down.

The bolts used to secure the box are security torx bolts. At the very least that will slow down someone trying to "steal" the entire box and require them to have security torx bits to remove the bolts rather than a standard socket.
