That's so true. We are experiencing that now. It's scary because we have kids and we work but it's expensive and we supposedly make too much for any type of benefits. But we keep trying and working hard.

I was strung out and homeless back in 2009 a million miles away from home I was so embarrassed. The VA came and got me off of the concrete. Cleaned me up built up my confidence gave me a temporary job that job I got sick residue from drcades of drug abuse got another job that same job petitiondd congress for my position And that process alone can take forever. I was responsible for 3 million dollars worth of inventory and I never looked back. You'd be surprised the stories yhat uou come across with the homeless. I now speak sometimes tuing to encourage others to treat each others with respect and kindness. It don't cost you nothing 🙏🏾

At the time of the original video there wasn't really online fundraisers and even if there was a fundraiser right now so many people are struggling to get by as it is I don't think they'd be a lot of money going in

All i want to know about homeless people with "spine" and fight against discrimination , etc. Is this : How did they percieve & treat homeless people *BEFORE* they became homeless. What sweet, *SWEET* Ironic revenge it would be if they were cruel in speech, manner, and action to the homeless before they themselves joined rhe ranks. After being a hater who was vicious and mean af, callous, cruel, & uncaring to the homeless pop. To Suddenly "i am a human being" , my current housing starus does.not define me as an individual... meanwhile hopefully if they have a conscious they get stung by their own memories ! Not saying this is the case here at all. Just a thought that occured to me when he said the human being thing.
