The first one is great, as it’s clearly a parody of the super fussy lunchtime TikTok’s “I’ll start by cutting five different veggies into little hearts, cause my kid conveniently loves veggies for some reason. Next I’m going to make them a sandwich, and cut that into a tiny heart, followed by some cherries, kale chips, three peach rings, and chips, trendy flavored water pouch, and pistachios for their snack.😊”
Kids eat what they're brought up on and what everyone eats. Everyone I know that made their kids eat them...their kids ate them. And as a kid whose parents didn't ever buy any, I loved them.

I never put chips, sweets or white bread in my kids lunch boxes and the only thing they get to drink is water, except we are in a restaurant or having a party. But I think this is probably the American way of life? :) My sisters both spent a year in the USA and put on 10 kilos during that time.

My children are allowed to have sweets, but that is once a day in the afternoon. Maybe ice cream, a piece of cake, a chocolate bar,...but that's it. There are so many healthy options to eat.
I mean I make my sandwich bread from scratch and typically buy whole foods. But I also do not have children, I just pack lunch for myself and my baby sister (when I have her). And everything she eats is made from scratch unless it is something that I feel isn’t worth making at home (like yogurt or cheese for example). But all of her protein, breads, etc. are homemade. All Americans aren’t completely into only super processed foods. I believe that you can have a balance. Although I will admit that I started making everything from scratch in order to save money.
@@--ArchieHigh fructose corn syrup. Which is just corn sugar in its highest form and it is super addictive. That and MSG. I’m not against either, but anything not done in moderation is bad for you. And a lot of stuff in the US uses those two things as overkill.
