Just a heads up, she was already diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2-3yrs ago and went on Ozempic and lost some weight then she met Nadar and started doing coke. She then claimed that she cured her diabetes but a lot of us have suspected she’s had it for months maybe a year at this point.

Well she wasn't "recently" diagnosed with diabetes. She was diagnosed over a year ago when she lived in Canada. This isn't new. She just did a lot of nose candy and lost weight so she told her audience she "cured" herself.

Awww you are so new to Chantal. This is part of her cycle. She will have a health crisis/awakening, try for a little while, but then go right back to mukbangs and will yell at her audience saying how "she needs to eat". She did it when she was told that she is pre-diabetic, she did it when she was told she has an extreme fatty liver, high blood pressure, etc. She does not change. I would love to see her do better, but I have been on this roller coaster too many times to believe she wants to change at all.

Repzion should look up the Chantal cycle, should've before making the video in my opinion. There's so much to this chick that not all of it can be covered in one video, or even three or four. She's got loads of documentaries about her because people find her so despicable. She is an evil person. Yes she has childhood trauma, yes she went through a lot in her life, but not everyone who does have trauma goes on to commit the CRIMES this woman has committed. She made that choice. It's exactly what I said about Gypsy Rose. There are choices we make in life and they made theirs. Both are vile and manipulative and like to play the victim, but a lot of us can see right through to the insecurities and desperation, they're both miserable in life but act like they're on top of the world and won't let anyone else say otherwise.

Repzion, I love you so much but there is something you need to understand. You can talk until you're blue in the face to her and she will not listen. With people who struggle with addiction and possibly narcissistic personality disorder, in my opinion. I'm no doctor or psychologist but I've watched this person for years and when you know, you know. Anywho, they have to WANT to get better and get help. No one can make them. She doesn't care at all about her health. Addicts only care for one thing the most and that is their DOC (drug of choice). I have 0 sympathy for Chantal and I have MANY reasons to feel that way towards her. When you come for people's children, their deceased loved ones, or tragedies that have happened and mock it, I don't care what happens to people like that.

In which she spammed me with sock accounts and kept subscribing and unsubscribing to mess up the algorthym for the channel . I've been in recovery for 16 years, and you are 100% correct. When in the throes of active addiction, there is absolutely nothing anyone can do besides the addict, and their addiction is their number one priority. The best thing concerned people and loved ones can do is maintain their boundaries, and be supportive should they choose to lead a different life and are serious about it. That said, good people do become addicted; it's a symptom of a problem, not a personality type, but when it comes to Chantal she has no redeeming qualities. I don't see Chantal and think, "If she would just get her act together, she could be great." Take Hungry Fat Chick, for example. A decent person with a nasty addiction. Chantal is just nasty; this is who she is addicted or not.

But as soon as someone calls her out for the relentless lies, gaslighting and manipulation, she will come for everything that matters to that person and say it's "defending" herself. I'm not going to sit here and hate since a lot of people are profiting off their medical conditions. There's that one side of having freedom of speech, but I'm not going to say it's not dangerous but there should be better access to mental health and resources for anyone in the audience who might be in a tough place and think to start monetizing their life.
Repzion had some good advice in the video and throughout these comments. He wants to show compassion to someone who is clearly struggling on a site that usually receives hate due to the controversy.
She doesn't want to change. She knows the dangers. She doesn't care. Your video is the response she wants.

Did you see her post from last night? She went back (or as I believe for the first time). Now she is on two medications and has to go back in a week to see how they are working . She also said her sugar number shocked the doctor considering she didn't eat before hand. This information actually makes sense and she actually has footage of being at the doctor and the paperwork.
If she really went the first time when she claimed she would have recorded it to show it off to everyone.

I have a hard time feeling sympathy for her, and not because I don't understand her health issues. I fully do. I have issues with binge eating, I was over a 100 pounds overweight, I have type 2 diabetes, I have problems with chronic pain, my body feels so much older than I am. But I lost nearly 50 pounds just making little changes. I'm still quite overweight, but I'm also still slowly losing more. But I'm lower income, and I have kids and cats to feed besides myself. If I had the money that she makes off UA-cam, I would have a gym membership, I could work with a nutritionist, I could afford to make MASSIVE changes to my diet that would drop the weight so much faster. I just find it really upsetting that she's using her resources to slowly kill herself when I can't even afford to keep fresh vegetables stocked on a regular basis.
The issue with chintal she is like Big AL. As well as having food addiction they have personaity disorders on top of that. That is why TLC didnt work with BIG AL and could never work with Chintal. So t is pointless giving people like this advice for food addiction when they have personalitydisorders that they refuse to get therap for. They would need to tackle general personality disorders firts. That is why the Slatons who were far bigger managed t get weight loss surgery and work with experts. Chintal and Big Al could never do this as they are far too controlling an would rather be dead than proved wrong.And everything she is saying about her health as been said in over 30 videos on UA-cam -which she has left hate comments on. I give it to her that she for the first time in her life comes across as honest but she is undeserving of any kind of sympathy. She is a grotesque person inside and out.

This is sweet Rep, your heart is too kind. she's 39 and has known about the dangers of eating the way she does since before her hysterectomy, got diagnosed with the beetus like 3 years ago and did blow about it. she recently did a (deleted) livestream saying she wants to go home to canada, which is probably why she's finally making videos about this, to make money and get home. she's stated a million times that she'd rather go out eating cheese and pickles than try to be healthy. she's a different kind of sick. she consciously made this choice

I appreciate your video however PLEASE don’t give any diabetes advice unless you’re a trained professional. I am a Certified Diabetic Educator and your advice to cut a 6” sub in half and eat it throughout the day is wrong. The condiments alone( not even including the processed meats) are enough to spike her sugars through the roof. Diabetics like the ones in Chantal’s range.. DO NOT GET CHEAT DAYS. That’s like telling someone with chronic COPD that they can smoke on Sundays only. Your advice is great for weight loss but not for insulin control in a diabetic. I just don’t want newly diagnosed Diabetics to get the wrong info if they come across your video..this is a lifelong disease which can be CONTROLLED through proper diet and exercise. Sadly, this is a battle she’ll never win without immediate medical attention and extensive therapy 😢

Update: she’s back on Canada! Had to rush to the emergency room, stopped taking her medication and instead joined an MLM selling weight loss teas. Also shown herself eating fried pickle cheese smothered poutine multiple days in a row, fried chicken, Chinese all you can eat buffet and a lot more! She will never change!

Keto Acidosis. My family always explained it as acid in the blood. But also, someone who is Type 2 diabetic, if they smell like alcohol when you are close to them and you know they haven't drank, they need to go to the hospital immediately. That and a sweet smell on their breath is a sign of keto acidosis.

My best friend had type one diabetes and passed away from diabetic ketoacidosis, she was only 19. She was born that way. This woman could have prevented this and could still change. Makes me so unbelievably infuriated.

She is going to end up in a coma and when this happens while in Kuwait i think will be a certain death sentence because Salah doesn't know the first thing about her past medical history and she just wouldn't get the right treatment. She needs to go home ASAP. With blood sugars that high i don't understand why the doctor she so even let her leave and didn't send her straight to the hospital. This is why i dont think she has seen an actual doctor over there. Every time she eats she is basically playing russian roulette with wether she'll have a stroke or fall in to a diabetic coma. She's so far past going on a diet, cutting back on the carbs, she is at medical intervention time now but she needs to go home because Salah doesn't care.
Just incase anyone has come to the comments a month later and is wondering if she changed her ways and got help? …She went to see doctors is Kuwait who gave her medication and a diet plan which she followed right? …nope! she didn’t follow any of it and instead joined a MLM which sells weight loss teas! Went back to Canada for ‘weight loss surgery’ but then admitted it was so she could eat. Had to rush to the emergency room as she couldn’t see and was dizzy due to her crazy high sugars and stopping the medication. That shocked her into sense right? ..Nope she showed herself having multiple fried pickle cheesy poutines days in a row, all you can eat Chinese buffets, fried chicken, canned pasta, soo much Mac and cheese, chocolate bars and so much more! She’s a lost cause!

I'm a Muslim who fasts every Ramadhan. This year, I took it as an opportunity to change my eating habits and choices for the rest of my life. I have MS and can not use it as an excuse any longer to avoid my lethargy towards fitness. Ultimately, it's an active way of thanksgiving to look after your body. Sugar has always been my weakness. After being 42kgs overweight, I've lost 20kgs with exercise and diet in 8 months. It has also alleviated pains I've had either mobility.
I would not recommend watching foodie beauty if you are Muslim. She says some pretty insulting things and misinformation on the religion all the time

Ngl, as someone who had a grandmother with diabetes and is scared that she herself may have it, stuff like this triggers the hell out of me. I'm very concern about my health so seeing stuff about diabetes really upsets me; especially the finger pricking due to my fear of needles. Not prejudiced towards diabetics, just a fear of having them gets me concerned. 😰
