The weirdest thing is i see visualizations of the chrakas there like pulsing circles of the colors she said buzzing infort of my eyes and I already saw the color like 1 min before she told me what it was 😱 but when i was seeing my guid and in the room it looked more dream liek then a vision 🤷🏻♀️
pls why tf r yall scared for lmfao. Your spirit guide cant harm you and if youre scared of what it might look like just ask it to show itself in a for that you won’t be scared of it. This is a very beautiful thing to experience especially if you’re going through tough times. @@ems8061 hey so i actually listened to this when I started feeling sleepy. Even if you fall asleep you’re still hearing it and your brain is as well too. Keep trying!!!! Start with before bed and make it earlier each night afterwards and see if it helps. If not try it early in the morning as soon as you wake up!

If it scares you it means you are not ready yet! 💗 Give it some time and try on and off until you notice that you don't feel scared anymore. Also do it during the day to make sure it's not the night that you're afraid of 😌
My spirit guide is a really strict not of this world being. When he entered the room, there were other two spirits who both wanted to sit on the other chair. But then he both removed them with his power effortlessly out of the room. His question was, why did I call him? Apparently, he is disappointed, he did not even sit! Disappointed of me being too busy with work and not giving enough time for my spirituality and learning. He told me to keep learning. "You must learn." @Beaver Hi, he is always there for me expecially in times when I really need him most. When I had a miscarriage back in 2016, he took the soul of my child for safekeeping. He told me that it never belonged to me anyway or to the world. Its just a gift for me from them. Now I am expecting, he gave it back to me. I am in constant communication with him and even showed me a lot of wonderful things that do not exist here on earth. Other people whose sixth sense are strong can see and tell who my spirit guide is. They always say, "an angel".

The throne is soooo huge, its probably the height of a redwood tree. There I saw a being, giant like, bigger than any angels, wearing a very heavy golden crown. I don't know who it was, but it could be God. Although I believe "God" is pure energy and endless. Whoever I have seen, or I am in contact with up until now, could be responsible of my existence.
@Emma Valtonen Hi, I have such a strong third eye that I can feel and see him whenever he visits me or when I call upon him when I am in need of advice. You would really have to train your third eye. I did not really train mine, its already highly active since I was a little girl. I can also see bad spirits but I am so used of seeing good or bad and I don't panic at all. But through this meditation, it really is an effective one I must say, you will be able to meet your spirit guide. I suggest, try doing a past life regression first. You need to know who you (soul) really are.
everytime i close my eyes i hear a noice like a plastic being touched or being moved and then i just remembered that we have a lot of mouse in our house and sometimes i literally seeing them running towards the garbage bag underneath the table lmao

I was actually really nervous for some reason to see my guide before they came into the room, terrified I would force some image I wanted to see. But when they entered the space they didn’t let me visualize them; I felt their presence and that was enough. I was immediately comfortable with them. They told me their name was Jax and that they had lived through my childhood dog who passed away last year. We didn’t talk for very long but I’m glad we did :)

I just tried this video for the first time. I didn’t see my spirit guide or receive a message. However, my entire body was buzzing and vibrating and I could feel warmth all around me. It made me think of the color red because, it was so loving and warm. Then as the meditation was ending I could feel the warmth being replaced by a cooling sensation and I sensed blue around me. I hope to meet my guide(s) soon. Thanks for this peaceful meditation 🙏🏼
Jackie Gorman I felt the warmth and buzzing as well but then suddenly my whole body jerked and I sprung my eyes open like I couldn’t take it. I done a video before this and i was at a garden and I visualised a woman’s face but it was only her face but i don’t know if that was me or my spirit guide.
Then that must mean one of your spirit guides is arch angel Michael! He loves the color blue and is a guide for many ppl including myself, I have many spirit guides and you do too I definitely recommend learning more about Michael💖.

I recently started to try shifting realities and since then, I’ve been getting signs from my spirit guide so I looked up how to communicate and found this video. It was surreal. He appeared in the room as a robed figured with an owl head. He said his name was Heshkar. I asked him why he wanted to speak to me and he said he wanted me to know that I was on the right path. And that he didn’t want me to give up. And to not let my past define me. He figured that since I was starting to get into shifting and meditating and connecting to my mental state more spiritually, I would be more likely to notice his signs in the real world and hopeful get through to me. Which. Surprise! It worked lol. I asked a couple more personal questions which I won’t talk about here but he was pretty helpful! Albeit still pretty ambiguous in his responses haha. He was very nice tho. Also, I was NOT focused 100% of the time. My mind was wandering at quite a few moments and I was questioning if it was even going to work since I kept getting off track with random thoughts throughout but stick with it! I don’t know what happened, but once I got to the room, I just FELT something different was happening and my mind stopped wandering. And I was able to focus.

@no body I would say get a crystal gem of your choice for protection or get a protection bracelet/stuff from your near botanica for reassurance that you're protected. But me personally, as long as you keep your vibrational frequency high around you you don't have to worry about anything bad. Tbh doing shadow work step by step sitting with your own shadow will help a lot. you gotta learn how to embrace your own light and shadow. And when you're ready to get in touch with your guidance/nonphysical teacher. Ask for guidance and protection. Don't be shy to talk to them, they will always provide you your needed answer whenever you're ready.
OMG! Is normal to be a little ahead of the video? Like before she mentioned things I was already doing things? Also is normal to astral project to the houses of my family, meaning sister and cousins? I saw them in their sleep and some were awake. I try to talk to them but they didn’t listen. Also, I was hugging my spirit guide I saw like a demon, then I woke up, I believe was my ego trying to wake me up, but I went back to it and I saw my spirit guide and she said “don’t worry it’s me” but was the end of the video and while she was leaving I started crying, like a baby. Then once I step out, I saw the green garden, I remembered being there before while my gramma was dying I was at that exact place looking for her, and I cry more when I saw her and my Grampa. 3 of them were there. I am in so much joy I can’t explain. Now I need to trust my intuition more, also my spirit guide gave me a personal prayer to contact with her.
My spirit guide showed himself to me as this beautiful tall male figure with glorious platinum hair and no facial features. When we were seated down talking, one of the first questions I asked him is why he won’t let me see him in his true form and as soon as I asked the question I already knew the answer. It’s because I was scared. My ego was telling me otherwise but subconsciously I knew I wasn’t ready and so did he. Don’t be discouraged or scared if you don’t see what you expected. Going into such experiences, it’s important to throw away any expectations you have prior and go into it with an open mind.
I also got a beautiful tall man with golden hair dresses in like a light sparkly blue gown. I couldn’t make his facial expressions much it’s like a mix of them. But I felt his spirit . And his intentions were pure and loving . He walked barefoot. And gracefully . His eyes were always changing colors from icy blue to dark blue to golden brown. Nice chiseled face and a strong physique. Kind of young

that's usually how communicating with higher beings work for me. they talk to me through my thoughts. it's like an inner knowing of what they said. it's different for everyone obviously

It’s crazy cause I could hear him talking to me but in a way I was saying it kind of as if I was mirroring his words so at some point I was scared that I was just telling myslef what I wanted to hear but I trust him and trust that I’ll slowly get comfortable with hearing his own thoughts
I got a lion. He allowed me to pet and cuddle him and told me he’s always beside me wherever I go. He said I’m stronger than what I believe and when I don’t trust in myself he’s right by my side.
To be honest, i couldnt clearly visualize my Spirit Guide, like it was all blurry but what I clearly saw was that he had feathers and I would say that it kinda reminded me of a Phoenix but I forgot to ask for a name
Some information for the ones who do this for the first time: it´s okay if you don´t see anything. There are different spiritual senses and you usual have one or two that are more developed than the others: clairvoyance (seeing) clairaudience (hearing) clairsentience (feeling) claircognizance (knowing) and rather rare are clairalience (smelling) and clairgustance (tasting). The more you meditate and do spiritual practices the higher is the chance that you will develop the other ones as well. Think of it as a muscle that needs training! Also don´t worry if you don´t see a humanlike being but an animal. It´s a meditation to find your spirit guide, but your spirit guide is a member of your spirit team. It´s made from different beings. The spirit team also includes your spirit animals, it can include ancestors and your guardian angel. Maybe it just wasn´t the right time for you to meet your spirit guide so someone else from your team came to you. That´s fantastic, all of them are very important for you!
Thank you your comment helps! I could see more than hear the response. I saw an image of a guy first then a flash of him dancing with a lady. Then it was him with a dog in a picture on the mantle. He came through with his dog and then he showed me a memory of a vision from when I was young and saw a lady coming in and checking on me when I was recovering from surgery. The three were there telling me all was ok and they will be there for me. I started crying! It’s good to know I can learn to hear more! I sensed things before each instruction which worried me but I’m thinking it was them walking me through it and my intuition!
Hey So I listened for 41 min But then my eyes opened themselves While i was listening i felt all the sensations of lifting my self up and all but I didn’t see any staircase so i started imagining the staircase and whatever she said afterwards myself But them my eyes opened eventually and I didn’t see anything 😭

for me it was a tall man in a dark coat. I got really scared and nervous but decided to trust that the room i was in, was a safe space and he wouldn’t hurt me. He took off his coat and told me that i dont have to be nervos. Instantly my anxiety went away and i started to have a conversation with him and it was amazing. The advice i can give you is that you really have to believe that this room is safe and belongs to you. Only good “people” or spirits can go in there and even if you’re nervous at first; try to trust this figure/elf and speak to them. Maybe it will work better the next time:)

As the door opened I saw a male figure. Couldn't make out his face properly but instantly I had tears in my eyes and called him dad. My dad passed away when I was 2 so I don't have alot of memories of him apart from pictures. I cried and he told me everything was going to be alright. When the door reopened I saw my grandad and nan waving at me and saw thier faces clearly. This is so real guys. Just believe in yourself and your thoughts. You are more powerful than you think
I've been listening to her for the past 3 years. The first few times I had to stop. I got nervous from seeing too much,too soon. Once I got over my fear this meditation has not only allowed me to meet and talk to my spiritual guide. But has eased panic and anxiety to the point I no longer need meds
My results: after a few minutes I had a feeling like my soul was leaving my body and traveling through millions of dimensions, I was squeezing my eyes so hard because the feeling was so overwhelming. The feeling reminded me of the coloe dark blue. My whole body was numb. (It felt good tho) Then I wanted to open my eyes because I really had to use the restroom, I felt like my spirit guides were trying to tell me that they are here with me and I gotta trust them but I really had to go to the toilet lol so I opened my eyes. I only listened for 10 minutes and even after all this, my body is still numb. I didnt get to meet my spirit guides but I felt an extremely strong connection to the universe.
I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. This was so validating, and healing, it made me smile and cry. I met my guide. When he entered the room I saw my two guardian angels and my power animal at the same time, as if they accompanied my guide and wanted to greet me. Then I saw him. He is a young brown haired boy named Anyr. I asked him what was my soul purpose, because I kind of feel stuck in life and have self doubt right now, I'm drawn to healing but doubting myself. He blew that away completely. I saw a green light, from the heart chakra, which is about healing, and à few more images of myself hugging someone, holding someone's hand, then a card of my tarot deck: the healer. I felt so relieved, and supported. He was always smiling to me brightly, like a kid. Then I asked him why he was here, what was he helping me with, what he wanted to teach me. He told me I should be like a child. Just go for it. Don't worry so much. Play, do what I love. Take risks, even if I might fall, it's okay. That was exactly what I needed to hear, and so relevant to me. By this time I was smiling and smiling and then I broke into tears and he got up to come and hug me. Before he left, he also kissed me on the cheek and hugged me one last time. Such a great experience and a loving affectionate guide. I'll be sure to come back to that room in the future. I got so extremely anxious before the door opened and I don't know why. My spirit guide is so beautiful I literally cried and the first words they said to me were "keep moving you will be okay" which made me start crying all over again... this was such an intense experience....
subliminally 2 I personally do a quick mantra before I do a meditation "Away from me. Away from me. Away from me. So mote it be." I have a couple crystals but it's not necessary. So I have a rose quartz which represents love and protection to me. I visualize that crystals power expand into a protecting pink orb around me. Like I said the crystals are not necessary I just feel a connection to my crystals. You can always just visualize a protecting orb around you. Hope this helps sorry it's long haha
I had a conversation with my spirit guide. I feel rlly weird rn. I feel so calm and serene, I feel that nothing on this world that we think matters actually matters. I saw her, when she walked through the door I saw a old lady wearing a purple gown with a bow on the back. She had grey hair tried up on her head in a low bun with a small bow in her hair. She had on pearls and wasn’t wearing shoes. She was blind and deaf, I couldn’t see that she was deaf but I just knew. Her eyes were grey and she communicated to me through my mind. She didn’t move her mouth but I could hear her talking. I asked her why I wasn’t shifting, and how to do it. She told in due time I will shift, I just need to be patient. I asked if I’m on the right path on my spiritual journey, and where do I start. She said that I’m on the right path and I will know what to start with when I’m there. I thanked her for meeting with me and we told each other that we loved one another. We hugged and everything went white. Then I opened my eyes. I have never felt so at peace in my life, I’m sure it will go away in a few minutes but thank you for your help, never would have met my spirit guide with out this video.
When my guide came in, I burst out crying. I sobbed like a fucking child and she hugged me and wiped my tears. She was answering my questions before I could even ask and most of the time while the lady was speaking, would complete her sentences for her so I feel like she was quite eager and maybe even impatient. This was a beautiful experience, thank you so much.
I had three guides, one was like a warrior, the other was like a Buddhist monk who wrote his name, & finally & most stunning was a leopard, it was so vivid I was totally blown away by this !
This didn’t work for me since I am a very distracted person but I only wanted to this because recently I believe I have seen one of my spirit guides. I was having a pretty bad day so I decided to try to sleep it off. I woke up, but not all that way and saw an amazing looking red lion and for some reason I just knew it’s name was Ka Zu. I still tried to see if it really was my spirit guide but I am an easily distracted person sadly
When the door opened I expected to see my spirit guide and it took awhile but then a small animal, a cat I think, came in and jumped on the chair beside me. I asked my questions and got answers but I couldn't really see them. I asked why and they said I wasn't ready. I took a deep breath and said I was and I slowly saw them piece by piece. Still not that well. But it was a male which was unexpected. And he's different looking. I'm okay with it now but I got the vibe that he knew I would be alarmed if I saw him walk in the door so he sent a cat first so I wouldn't be scared. I love cats. Does this seem like it makes sense or is my rational mind making stuff up? I'm trying not to second guess it.

Jenna Fabulous I saw a cat aswell, a beautiful black cat next to the fireplace. It was after I saw the cat I caught a glimpse of my guide and then when I was seated and she walked in the room I wasn’t afraid of who was coming in as I had seen them already.
GUYS IT WORKS Throughout the audio, I kept seeing shoes for some reason, black boots all around and I opened my eyes a few times because it was just so bizarre. When I came to the room, there were peachy walls and empty frames hung to them, and there were crystals hanging from the ceiling. A girl walked in, with a black, lacy dress and super long, curly dark brown hair that reached her knees. And of course, black boots. Her wrists were completely covered with coloured glass bangles, and there were rings all over her fingers. I asked her a question, and the advice she gave... it was surreal. Enlightening, almost. I asked her what her name was, and she just said 'later' and kissed me on the cheek. Then she held my hand and closed her eyes before she left. I was really anxious throughout a lot of the video even when supposed to be relaxed, but I could still tell my spirit guide didn’t want me to give up because he wanted me to speak with him so I asked him for help to see him and then all of a sudden he was there in the chair across from me and he told me he’s my only spirit guide, and that he chose me and could always see that I was connected to the spiritual realm. He said his name is Bartholomew and he lived in England in the 1700s, raised by a single mother and his aunt. When I asked him if spirits know the answers to everything he told me no and laughed. I asked why not and he said that if we knew everything then that would limit consciousness, which is indeed limitless. He had a beautiful accent and laughed often and it made me so happy to hear. Before I left him I asked if I could hug him and he said of course so we hugged really tight and said I love you to each other. It was such a beautiful moment and I’m so glad I got to meet him
Did anybody have two spirit guides? I was in the room with the fireplace, and the door opened and I saw one of my spirit guides. She was beautiful! She had wings, fair skin, had glitter all over her, blond hair, a beautiful flower crown on her head, and a simple white dress. She sat down and and kept staring at me smiling, and while we were talking she kept calling me sweetpea or sweetheart. When I asked her is the more of you she said “Yeah there’s tons of us” Then another fairy just appeared next to her. The other one had more darker skin and had a glittery purple dress with a purple turban on her head. They both said that they were twins. Then I was losing focus because for some reason it was hard for me to imagine that grand room. So both fairies took my arm and flew high up in the sky and I had my eyes closed. Next thing you know, One of the fairies told me I can open my eyes now and when I did I saw a night sky, a beautiful forest with animals, A pool that reflected the moon and behind it was a small mountain where the fairies sat on and continued to talk to me. I was stunned by the scenery! I finally asked what was their names and the fairy with the white dress said Isabel and the fairy with the purple dress said midnight.
Uuu when i was about to meet with my spirit guide when he/she opend the door i began to lose focus too and so i opened my eyes im disappointed cuz i didnt have the chance to talk to him/her 😕😕😕
Most other meditations work for me This didnt. I felt my auras relax and my body relax, but I felt like it dragged on so long my mind began to wonder and my body began to itch and I simply could not stay still for this one.
I thought I was the only one! Meditations normally work on me but this one felt so long I started to move my body around the 35m mark, and I just couldn't feel relaxed anymore because her slow speed and exaggeration was annoying me. I'm glad I wasn't the only one

I swear this was the craziest experience of my life when I was sitting waiting for my guide a young man around his 25's showed up he had amazing green eyes. I asked his name he said james then he told me because it was my favourite name (I didint know it was my favourite until that moment). I asked him about shifting because why not. He said I haven't been able to shift because I wasn't ready. I asked him what was I supposed to do he said "Heal yoursel my child". I asked couple more and I was being stubborn he got ✨angry✨. I told him that I wanted to stay there forever but he said I cant I had to go back because I had a life to live. Then I made him angry for wishing to stay there. He litterally dragged me to the door then said this was enough. Then I asked for a hug at least we hugged then I was thinking about staying there then he litterally yelled at me "ENOUGH" then I just opened my eyes. i met lillian and andrew, someone named curt was trying to come through but i didn’t get to meet him quite yet, he seemed to be my protector though. andrew told me that i’m here to heal people and that sometimes i feel helpless when i see those closest to me struggling because i feel as though i’m not doing my duty, but he told me it’s okay and that i should work on protecting myself and proving to my family that they don’t need to worry about me anymore. lillian was very comforting when i told her about the spirits i’ve been sensing in my room at night and that they’ve been scaring me. she doesn’t say a lot but she told me that it’s okay and that she would take care of them and make sure my room is only filled with light and love. she gave me a hug and then andrew told me that i was okay and everything was on the right path. i started crying tears of joy that i met them and that they were there for me. lillian was the most beautiful woman i’ve ever seen... she reminded me of blake lively. and then andrew had brown curly hair and a curly beard. curt was trying to come through but all i saw was blonde hair and a big build. he gave off a very stern like stone-cold look, but i knew he was there to help me out. thank you so much for allowing me to meet them.
Please do a grounding and protection first guys 💖 you can ground by feeling every part of your body and imagine roots from your body into the earth and protect using black crystals or even just imagining a protective light around you and setting an intention. Be specific with what you’re opening yourself up to.
Felt and visualized everything before she even said it; saw an elephant and then nothing at all. Simply just meditating for the rest of the video feeling heat over my body here and there. Over all I guess it was cool, I’ll probably try again and hopefully I actually get to see and speak to my guides 🧚🏼♀️
First time I ever do any meditation. I noticed, that as I started to really relax, my entire body started to feel heavy, so heavy. I completely fell asleep at some point, I know I saw things, but I can't remember anything. I just remembered I sort of started to wake up as she was instructing us to wrap it up just before the final countdown to fully waking up. I'm definitely going to do this more, hopefully next time I'll be able to remember everything I see.
This exact thing happened to me my body felt so heavy and I slept and had a dream then I couldn't remember anything until I woke up to a part of the stair she was talking about then I got distracted by something sadly
I feel an intense need to share my experience although there is no way words can do enough justice. I feel I have to scream this to the entire world. I was completely entranced and hypnotized Thank you so much. I only remember one element of my meditation, before I actually woke up in reality I thought I had woken up already and began to review about 3 core pieces, however I payed specific attention in remembering the experience I am going to share. I listened to some of the video after being in reality and I remember none of the words, I dont remember seeing my spirit guide, but I do remember this intense euphoric otherworldly experience of traveling. I was immersed in a tunnel of the essence of light, while in it I was flying through, yet paradoxically floating very slowly through. I can only explain it as receiving pure, utter knowing and this downloading of reassurance and truly truly JUST KNOWING. I would imagine we feel this way immediately after death. I felt as though I lived my entire life and went on an astral journey recalling every lesson and being surrounded in complete reassurance that I never had anything to worry about and everything was more than okay and necessary, that there is everything to experience spiritually and there is never anything to worry about. I felt I had a download of only knowing. Again there was no words, no things, only light, only elements, and only downloading of KNOWING, ONLY KNOWING. I experienced emotions through out the traveling through the light and was through "knowing" immediately in a millisecond rushed with the knowing of understanding anything that arose within me and only love was ushered into me and only love left me. When i "awoke" I began to recall what I had learned and then I had the realization that I was still meditating, however unlike previously I was able to keep myself in that realm of consciousness. Around me in that moment it seemed as though others were doing the same as I; remembering to remember. It seemed as though the light bodies around me , everything was in forms of light, were all experiencing their own journeys. While in the trance of the tunnel I remembering feeling a but nauseous and while recalling that I came to an understanding that that is traveling and the light was the astral and that I had been astral traveling - even though I do not have a concept of what astral travel is at all in my earthly brain. I can only describe it as pure knowing , pure understanding, and pure love; and my entire life has been changed. I hope anyone can take something from this. You are blessed and being divinely guided, we are Divinely Directed through this Dream. Blessed be.

i can’t believe the experience i just had, i didn’t know what to expect when my spirit guides came through the door. i saw my grandma that died when i was 10 & my grandpa that died when i was 6 & my mom that’s currently still alive. my grandma & my grandpa loved me so much & gave me all the answers, but it was weird bc we spoke in english although in reality, they couldn’t speak english, all they spoke was spanish & italian so it was weird imagining them speaking in english. my mom n i never really had a good relationship, but she was nice about everything i asked. i got a really bad headache from all my crying & couldn’t finish the video after my questions got answered
This was the coolest experience I've ever had. Met my grandma who died before I was born. I asked her questions and she answered them by making my eyes twitch hahahah. 11/10 recommend
this was such a beautiful experience for me, it made me feel so connected with myself. my spirit guide made me feel so warm and safe, which is exactly what i needed. i was going through different things and having a conversation, and although i didn't really hear answers, i felt them. i don't even know how to explain it but i just knew she was talking back to me even though i didn't actually hear her speak. i released so much anxiety (and cried a lot) and in the end, i felt so at peace. i'm excited to be able to go back to this place with my spirit guide and connect again. thank you for this.
Spirit guides r purely love and are atuned to your highest good, they guide you along your journey regardless of if you're conscious of it or not. There's no need to have the slightest bit of fear about them. They love you!! That's one of the reasons why they agreed to be with you!

She said she 'feels' like she didn't meet her Spirit Guide. Goes onto explain this Sophie felt like it was "her from the future." Then she asked if your future self could be your spirit guide. So it was at the time of asking that question that it hit her "oh wait, maybe my Spirit Guide is my higher self! But is that possible? GUYS THIS IS REAL! I found out that I have 2 spirit guides! I don’t remember their names but they both were girls. One was wearing a long white dress and she had long curly hair and white eyes. And the other one was floating and had black hair and she was Asian. They were both extremely nice to me and they said that I am going on the right path and everything is working out for me. The white haired girl said that she is 37 and the black haired one was 27 I think. They told me that if I see any signs then I should come talk to them. I am so happy that I met them!
Idk why is everyone talking about a tiktok, but I can't stop crying. The room was quite beautiful ngl, cozy, warm, outside the window was an angel training, idk why, a woman came, I couldn't see her face, it was transparent, sat down, when I was speaking tl her, I started crying, bc I wanted help with my insecurities, and I was afraid to keep on living, the message came out my own mouth "I will be okay" and then my other spirit guide came late, the guy was tall, he didn't had a sit, broke down crying idk why, I was relieved, I felt both female and male energied from both of them. i strongly feel like i was accidentally making things up, but my guide had straight black hair and her name was cynthia. she was very straight to the point and responded to my questions, not driving the conversation.
My spirit guide was a great grey wolf named Tenox. I went to look up the name cause it was an odd name for a wolf and behold. It means a sedatitive or hypnotic to treat insomia. What a crazy ride though and almost lost it when he entered the room. Supposedly I was a member of his great pack but took up another physical journey and this to be the last that will forever evolve my spirit beyond its capability. Not to learn what it meant to be a lone wolf, but so much more.

when they entered the room i couldnt see their face properly but the presence was enough. it was sort of like a big lion but not in a scary way at all. i asked who they were and they said my dad. i have never met my biological father because he died when i was little and he wasnt the best with my mom and me. when i asked what they call me they said my chosen name and that they have seen and protected me through my childhood. one weird thing was that i asked why they chose me and they said because they felt a connection when i was born but my mom told me that my bio dad died when i was around 7 years old. i am still in tears

i had a vision of my chakras. some were faded and dim and others were brilliant and bright. i think my guide was trying to show me what chakras i need to work on. i met my guide and felt her presence, a teenager like me and loving and lovely energy, bright and warm. she has fair skin and light hair almost white and ice blue eyes. i feel like i may have more guides that i have yet to meet. i cried during this process, a lot of emotions came up💜 i was also afraid of doing this at first, i told my spirit guide to send a sign to help me not be afraid. minutes later it started pouring outside and immediately i felt relaxed.
When I saw my spirit guide, she was very beautiful and angelic, I was happy, I started crying and feeling the tears drip down my face. I asked her my questions and received the answers. I looked at her and my surroundings, oh so beautiful, as she got up to leave, I started to cry again, but I felt happy. I will be going there again very soon.

I asked for the name and like a dozen Indian names starting with A without a vowel as the second letter, but I couldn’t figure out her name and I couldn’t see her very properly and I also couldn’t ask her too many questions, everything was very foggy. Later on I searched up a few of the names and found out she seemed to be one of the hindu goddesses, and I felt she was working for the goddess Durga. Oddly enough I even have a statue of Durga so I was really surprised! When I looked out the window I saw the forest she was talking about later on, but nothing else was too clear. I think I have multiple spirit guides, like Aandita, Aru, etc. this was a really interesting experience but I think it was unclear to me because I was a bit stressed.
This was absolutely amazing!!!! I had a hard time focusing at first and truly letting go but eventually my mind took over. I couldn’t make out my spirit guide at first and asked them to step out and then come back in, which made me feel like I couldn’t do it correctly as I stated to cry and worry. When he came back in I still couldn’t make him out, but I felt assured that I didn’t need to. He came and sat down, as i felt the anxiety of my questions and their answers. I started to cry but immediately, as my mind began to race. I then felt him pull my into the same chair as him. I sat on his lap as he pulled my head to his chest while telling me to forget about any major questions. And I realized then that I didn’t need answers but I needed love. He shushed me tears and put his arms around me. And until he left, he held me close while he stroked my hair telling me how much he loved me and reassuring me of this. When he left, he kissed me on the forehead and made sure that I knew he wasn’t actually leaving me. This was absolutely the most profound experience I have ever had and I am incredibly thankful this video.

My mom had an abortion on who would’ve been my big brother before giving birth to my big sister. All my life I’ve felt like I was supposed to have a big brother and now I met him. He said we’ve been siblings in many past lives and that for this one it was accorded he took care of me as my guide. I cried. This made me so happy. this video was so amazing. At first i was scared of my spirit guide because it was a dark figure but then he took of his coat and as soon as he started talking to me, i felt calm. He hugged me and we talked and i even had to cry and he just held me and we spoke about my future/dreams etc. He had a really deep voice and kept calling me “my dear” and i got father or grandfather vibes from him and he was really kind and understanding and told me that i can always talk to him but that i should meditate more often and/or connect more with myself, my feelings and nature

@@ems8061 hey so i actually listened to this when I started feeling sleepy. Even if you fall asleep you’re still hearing it and your brain is as well too. Keep trying!!!! Start with before bed and make it earlier each night afterwards and see if it helps. If not try it early in the morning as soon as you wake up!

My spirit guide is a really strict not of this world being. When he entered the room, there were other two spirits who both wanted to sit on the other chair. But then he both removed them with his power effortlessly out of the room. His question was, why did I call him? Apparently, he is disappointed, he did not even sit! Disappointed of me being too busy with work and not giving enough time for my spirituality and learning. He told me to keep learning. "You must learn." And before he completely faded, he said I love you to me. Thank you for this wonderful meditation. Thank you from the bottom of my very soul.
@Beaver Hi, he is always there for me expecially in times when I really need him most. When I had a miscarriage back in 2016, he took the soul of my child for safekeeping. He told me that it never belonged to me anyway or to the world. Its just a gift for me from them. Now I am expecting, he gave it back to me. I am in constant communication with him and even showed me a lot of wonderful things that do not exist here on earth. Other people whose sixth sense are strong can see and tell who my spirit guide is. They always say, "an angel".

@Emma Valtonen Hi, I have such a strong third eye that I can feel and see him whenever he visits me or when I call upon him when I am in need of advice. You would really have to train your third eye. I did not really train mine, its already highly active since I was a little girl. I can also see bad spirits but I am so used of seeing good or bad and I don't panic at all. But through this meditation, it really is an effective one I must say, you will be able to meet your spirit guide. I suggest, try doing a past life regression first. You need to know who you (soul) really are.

I was actually really nervous for some reason to see my guide before they came into the room, terrified I would force some image I wanted to see. But when they entered the space they didn’t let me visualize them; I felt their presence and that was enough. I was immediately comfortable with them. They told me their name was Jax and that they had lived through my childhood dog who passed away last year. We didn’t talk for very long but I’m glad we did :)

I just tried this video for the first time. I didn’t see my spirit guide or receive a message. However, my entire body was buzzing and vibrating and I could feel warmth all around me. It made me think of the color red because, it was so loving and warm. Then as the meditation was ending I could feel the warmth being replaced by a cooling sensation and I sensed blue around me. Jackie Gorman I felt the warmth and buzzing as well but then suddenly my whole body jerked and I sprung my eyes open like I couldn’t take it. I done a video before this and i was at a garden and I visualised a woman’s face but it was only her face but i don’t know if that was me or my spirit guide.

I recently started to try shifting realities and since then, I’ve been getting signs from my spirit guide so I looked up how to communicate and found this video. It was surreal. He appeared in the room as a robed figured with an owl head. He said his name was Heshkar. I asked him why he wanted to speak to me and he said he wanted me to know that I was on the right path. And that he didn’t want me to give up. And to not let my past define me. He figured that since I was starting to get into shifting and meditating and connecting to my mental state more spiritually, I would be more likely to notice his signs in the real world and hopeful get through to me. Which. Surprise! It worked lol. I asked a couple more personal questions which I won’t talk about here but he was pretty helpful! Albeit still pretty ambiguous in his responses haha. He was very nice tho.
Also, I was NOT focused 100% of the time. My mind was wandering at quite a few moments and I was questioning if it was even going to work since I kept getting off track with random thoughts throughout but stick with it! I don’t know what happened, but once I got to the room, I just FELT something different was happening and my mind stopped wandering. And I was able to focus.

@no body I would say get a crystal gem of your choice for protection or get a protection bracelet/stuff from your near botanica for reassurance that you're protected. But me personally, as long as you keep your vibrational frequency high around you you don't have to worry about anything bad. Tbh doing shadow work step by step sitting with your own shadow will help a lot. you gotta learn how to embrace your own light and shadow. And when you're ready to get in touch with your guidance/nonphysical teacher. Ask for guidance and protection. Don't be shy to talk to them, they will always provide you your needed answer whenever you're ready.

OMG! Is normal to be a little ahead of the video? Like before she mentioned things I was already doing things? Also is normal to astral project to the houses of my family, meaning sister and cousins? I saw them in their sleep and some were awake. I try to talk to them but they didn’t listen. Also, I was hugging my spirit guide I saw like a demon, then I woke up, I believe was my ego trying to wake me up, but I went back to it and I saw my spirit guide and she said “don’t worry it’s me” but was the end of the video and while she was leaving I started crying, like a baby. Then once I step out, I saw the green garden, I remembered being there before while my gramma was dying I was at that exact place looking for her, and I cry more when I saw her and my Grampa. 3 of them were there. I am in so much joy I can’t explain. Now I need to trust my intuition more, also my spirit guide gave me a personal prayer to contact with her.

My spirit guide showed himself to me as this beautiful tall male figure with glorious platinum hair and no facial features. When we were seated down talking, one of the first questions I asked him is why he won’t let me see him in his true form and as soon as I asked the question I already knew the answer. It’s because I was scared. My ego was telling me otherwise but subconsciously I knew I wasn’t ready and so did he. Don’t be discouraged or scared if you don’t see what you expected. Going into such experiences, it’s important to throw away any expectations you have prior and go into it with an open mind.
I also got a beautiful tall man with golden hair dresses in like a light sparkly blue gown. I couldn’t make his facial expressions much it’s like a mix of them. But I felt his spirit . And his intentions were pure and loving . He walked barefoot. And gracefully . His eyes were always changing colors from icy blue to dark blue to golden brown. Nice chiseled face and a strong physique. Kind of young

To be honest, i couldnt clearly visualize my Spirit Guide, like it was all blurry but what I clearly saw was that he had feathers and I would say that it kinda reminded me of a Phoenix but I forgot to ask for a name
Some information for the ones who do this for the first time:
it´s okay if you don´t see anything. There are different spiritual senses and you usual have one or two that are more developed than the others:
clairvoyance (seeing)
clairaudience (hearing)
clairsentience (feeling)
claircognizance (knowing)
and rather rare are clairalience (smelling) and clairgustance (tasting).
The more you meditate and do spiritual practices the higher is the chance that you will develop the other ones as well. Think of it as a muscle that needs training!
Also don´t worry if you don´t see a humanlike being but an animal. It´s a meditation to find your spirit guide, but your spirit guide is a member of your spirit team. It´s made
from different beings. The spirit team also includes your spirit animals, it can include ancestors and your guardian angel. Maybe it just wasn´t the right time for you to meet your spirit guide so someone else from your team came to you. That´s fantastic, all of them are very important for you!
Thank you your comment helps! I could see more than hear the response. I saw an image of a guy first then a flash of him dancing with a lady. Then it was him with a dog in a picture on the mantle. He came through with his dog and then he showed me a memory of a vision from when I was young and saw a lady coming in and checking on me when I was recovering from surgery. The three were there telling me all was ok and they will be there for me. I started crying! It’s good to know I can learn to hear more! I sensed things before each instruction which worried me but I’m thinking it was them walking me through it and my intuition!

for me it was a tall man in a dark coat. I got really scared and nervous but decided to trust that the room i was in, was a safe space and he wouldn’t hurt me. He took off his coat and told me that i dont have to be nervos. Instantly my anxiety went away and i started to have a conversation with him and it was amazing. The advice i can give you is that you really have to believe that this room is safe and belongs to you. Only good “people” or spirits can go in there and even if you’re nervous at first; try to trust this figure/elf and speak to them. Maybe it will work better the next time:)

My results: after a few minutes I had a feeling like my soul was leaving my body and traveling through millions of dimensions, I was squeezing my eyes so hard because the feeling was so overwhelming. The feeling reminded me of the coloe dark blue. My whole body was numb. (It felt good tho) Then I wanted to open my eyes because I really had to use the restroom, I felt like my spirit guides were trying to tell me that they are here with me and I gotta trust them but I really had to go to the toilet lol so I opened my eyes. I only listened for 10 minutes and even after all this, my body is still numb. I didnt get to meet my spirit guides but I felt an extremely strong connection to the universe.

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. This was so validating, and healing, it made me smile and cry. I met my guide. When he entered the room I saw my two guardian angels and my power animal at the same time, as if they accompanied my guide and wanted to greet me. Then I saw him. He is a young brown haired boy named Anyr. I asked him what was my soul purpose, because I kind of feel stuck in life and have self doubt right now, I'm drawn to healing but doubting myself. He blew that away completely. I saw a green light, from the heart chakra, which is about healing, and à few more images of myself hugging someone, holding someone's hand, then a card of my tarot deck: the healer. I felt so relieved, and supported. He was always smiling to me brightly, like a kid. Then I asked him why he was here, what was he helping me with, what he wanted to teach me. He told me I should be like a child. Just go for it. Don't worry so much. Play, do what I love. Take risks, even if I might fall, it's okay. That was exactly what I needed to hear, and so relevant to me. By this time I was smiling and smiling and then I broke into tears and he got up to come and hug me. Before he left, he also kissed me on the cheek and hugged me one last time. Such a great experience and a loving affectionate guide. I'll be sure to come back to that room in the future. Again, thank you!

subliminally 2 I personally do a quick mantra before I do a meditation "Away from me. Away from me. Away from me. So mote it be." I have a couple crystals but it's not necessary. So I have a rose quartz which represents love and protection to me. I visualize that crystals power expand into a protecting pink orb around me. Like I said the crystals are not necessary I just feel a connection to my crystals. You can always just visualize a protecting orb around you. Hope this helps sorry it's long haha

I had a conversation with my spirit guide. I feel rlly weird rn. I feel so calm and serene, I feel that nothing on this world that we think matters actually matters. I saw her, when she walked through the door I saw a old lady wearing a purple gown with a bow on the back. She had grey hair tried up on her head in a low bun with a small bow in her hair. She had on pearls and wasn’t wearing shoes. She was blind and deaf, I couldn’t see that she was deaf but I just knew. Her eyes were grey and she communicated to me through my mind. She didn’t move her mouth but I could hear her talking.
I asked her why I wasn’t shifting, and how to do it. She told in due time I will shift, I just need to be patient. I asked if I’m on the right path on my spiritual journey, and where do I start. She said that I’m on the right path and I will know what to start with when I’m there. I thanked her for meeting with me and we told each other that we loved one another. We hugged and everything went white. Then I opened my eyes. I have never felt so at peace in my life, I’m sure it will go away in a few minutes but thank you for your help, never would have met my spirit guide with out this video.
When my guide came in, I burst out crying. I sobbed like a fucking child and she hugged me and wiped my tears. She was answering my questions before I could even ask and most of the time while the lady was speaking, would complete her sentences for her so I feel like she was quite eager and maybe even impatient. This didn’t work for me since I am a very distracted person but I only wanted to this because recently I believe I have seen one of my spirit guides. I was having a pretty bad day so I decided to try to sleep it off. I woke up, but not all that way and saw an amazing looking red lion and for some reason I just knew it’s name was Ka Zu. I still tried to see if it really was my spirit guide but I am an easily distracted person sadly
When the door opened I expected to see my spirit guide and it took awhile but then a small animal, a cat I think, came in and jumped on the chair beside me. I asked my questions and got answers but I couldn't really see them. I asked why and they said I wasn't ready. I took a deep breath and said I was and I slowly saw them piece by piece. Still not that well. But it was a male which was unexpected. And he's different looking. I'm okay with it now but I got the vibe that he knew I would be alarmed if I saw him walk in the door so he sent a cat first so I wouldn't be scared. I love cats. Throughout the audio, I kept seeing shoes for some reason, black boots all around and I opened my eyes a few times because it was just so bizarre. When I came to the room, there were peachy walls and empty frames hung to them, and there were crystals hanging from the ceiling. A girl walked in, with a black, lacy dress and super long, curly dark brown hair that reached her knees. And of course, black boots. Her wrists were completely covered with coloured glass bangles, and there were rings all over her fingers. I asked her a question, and the advice she gave... it was surreal. Enlightening, almost. I asked her what her name was, and she just said 'later' and kissed me on the cheek. Then she held my hand and closed her eyes before she left.

I was really anxious throughout a lot of the video even when supposed to be relaxed, but I could still tell my spirit guide didn’t want me to give up because he wanted me to speak with him so I asked him for help to see him and then all of a sudden he was there in the chair across from me and he told me he’s my only spirit guide, and that he chose me and could always see that I was connected to the spiritual realm. He said his name is Bartholomew and he lived in England in the 1700s, raised by a single mother and his aunt. When I asked him if spirits know the answers to everything he told me no and laughed. I asked why not and he said that if we knew everything then that would limit consciousness, which is indeed limitless. He had a beautiful accent and laughed often and it made me so happy to hear. Before I left him I asked if I could hug him and he said of course so we hugged really tight and said I love you to each other. It was such a beautiful moment and I’m so glad I got to meet him

Did anybody have two spirit guides? I was in the room with the fireplace, and the door opened and I saw one of my spirit guides. She was beautiful! She had wings, fair skin, had glitter all over her, blond hair, a beautiful flower crown on her head, and a simple white dress. She sat down and and kept staring at me smiling, and while we were talking she kept calling me sweetpea or sweetheart. When I asked her is the more of you she said “Yeah there’s tons of us” Then another fairy just appeared next to her. The other one had more darker skin and had a glittery purple dress with a purple turban on her head. They both said that they were twins. Then I was losing focus because for some reason it was hard for me to imagine that grand room. So both fairies took my arm and flew high up in the sky and I had my eyes closed. Next thing you know, One of the fairies told me I can open my eyes now and when I did I saw a night sky, a beautiful forest with animals, A pool that reflected the moon and behind it was a small mountain where the fairies sat on and continued to talk to me. I was stunned by the scenery! I finally asked what was their names and the fairy with the white dress said Isabel and the fairy with the purple dress said midnight.

I swear this was the craziest experience of my life when I was sitting waiting for my guide a young man around his 25's showed up he had amazing green eyes. He smiled at me that was the most beautiful smile I have ever seen in my life. He had a cute dimple on his right cheek. I asked his name he said james then he told me because it was my favourite name (I didint know it was my favourite until that moment). I asked him about shifting because why not. He said I haven't been able to shift because I wasn't ready. I asked him what was I supposed to do he said "Heal yoursel my child". I asked couple more and I was being stubborn he got ✨angry✨. I told him that I wanted to stay there forever but he said I cant I had to go back because I had a life to live. Then I made him angry for wishing to stay there. He litterally dragged me to the door then said this was enough. Then I asked for a hug at least we hugged then I was thinking about staying there then he litterally yelled at me "ENOUGH" then I just opened my eyes. I swear I was like wtf he didnt even let me finish the video. WTF

i met lillian and andrew, someone named curt was trying to come through but i didn’t get to meet him quite yet, he seemed to be my protector though. andrew told me that i’m here to heal people and that sometimes i feel helpless when i see those closest to me struggling because i feel as though i’m not doing my duty, but he told me it’s okay and that i should work on protecting myself and proving to my family that they don’t need to worry about me anymore. lillian was very comforting when i told her about the spirits i’ve been sensing in my room at night and that they’ve been scaring me. she doesn’t say a lot but she told me that it’s okay and that she would take care of them and make sure my room is only filled with light and love. she gave me a hug and then andrew told me that i was okay and everything was on the right path. i started crying tears of joy that i met them and that they were there for me. lillian was the most beautiful woman i’ve ever seen... she reminded me of blake lively. and then andrew had brown curly hair and a curly beard. curt was trying to come through but all i saw was blonde hair and a big build. he gave off a very stern like stone-cold look, but i knew he was there to help me out. thank you so much for allowing me to meet them.
Please do a grounding and protection first guys 💖 you can ground by feeling every part of your body and imagine roots from your body into the earth and protect using black crystals or even just imagining a protective light around you and setting an intention. Be specific with what you’re opening yourself up to.

First time I ever do any meditation. I noticed, that as I started to really relax, my entire body started to feel heavy, so heavy. I completely fell asleep at some point, I know I saw things, but I can't remember anything. I just remembered I sort of started to wake up as she was instructing us to wrap it up just before the final countdown to fully waking up. I'm definitely going to do this more, hopefully next time I'll be able to remember everything I see.

I feel an intense need to share my experience although there is no way words can do enough justice. I feel I have to scream this to the entire world. I was completely entranced and hypnotized Thank you so much. I only remember one element of my meditation, before I actually woke up in reality I thought I had woken up already and began to review about 3 core pieces, however I payed specific attention in remembering the experience I am going to share. I listened to some of the video after being in reality and I remember none of the words, I dont remember seeing my spirit guide, but I do remember this intense euphoric otherworldly experience of traveling. I was immersed in a tunnel of the essence of light, while in it I was flying through, yet paradoxically floating very slowly through. I can only explain it as receiving pure, utter knowing and this downloading of reassurance and truly truly JUST KNOWING. I would imagine we feel this way immediately after death. I felt as though I lived my entire life and went on an astral journey recalling every lesson and being surrounded in complete reassurance that I never had anything to worry about and everything was more than okay and necessary, that there is everything to experience spiritually and there is never anything to worry about. I felt I had a download of only knowing. Again there was no words, no things, only light, only elements, and only downloading of KNOWING, ONLY KNOWING. I experienced emotions through out the traveling through the light and was through "knowing" immediately in a millisecond rushed with the knowing of understanding anything that arose within me and only love was ushered into me and only love left me. When i "awoke" I began to recall what I had learned and then I had the realization that I was still meditating, however unlike previously I was able to keep myself in that realm of consciousness. Around me in that moment it seemed as though others were doing the same as I; remembering to remember. It seemed as though the light bodies around me , everything was in forms of light, were all experiencing their own journeys. While in the trance of the tunnel I remembering feeling a but nauseous and while recalling that I came to an understanding that that is traveling and the light was the astral and that I had been astral traveling - even though I do not have a concept of what astral travel is at all in my earthly brain. I can only describe it as pure knowing , pure understanding, and pure love; and my entire life has been changed. I hope anyone can take something from this. You are blessed and being divinely guided, we are Divinely Directed through this Dream. Blessed be.

i can’t believe the experience i just had, i didn’t know what to expect when my spirit guides came through the door. i saw my grandma that died when i was 10 & my grandpa that died when i was 6 & my mom that’s currently still alive. my grandma & my grandpa loved me so much & gave me all the answers, but it was weird bc we spoke in english although in reality, they couldn’t speak english, all they spoke was spanish & italian so it was weird imagining them speaking in english. my mom n i never really had a good relationship, but she was nice about everything i asked. i got a really bad headache from all my crying & couldn’t finish the video after my questions got answered

this was such a beautiful experience for me, it made me feel so connected with myself. my spirit guide made me feel so warm and safe, which is exactly what i needed. i was going through different things and having a conversation, and although i didn't really hear answers, i felt them. i don't even know how to explain it but i just knew she was talking back to me even though i didn't actually hear her speak. i released so much anxiety (and cried a lot) and in the end, i felt so at peace. i'm excited to be able to go back to this place with my spirit guide and connect again. thank you for this.
Spirit guides r purely love and are atuned to your highest good, they guide you along your journey regardless of if you're conscious of it or not. There's no need to have the slightest bit of fear about them. They love you!! That's one of the reasons why they agreed to be with you!

She said she 'feels' like she didn't meet her Spirit Guide. Goes onto explain this Sophie felt like it was "her from the future." Then she asked if your future self could be your spirit guide. So it was at the time of asking that question that it hit her "oh wait, maybe my Spirit Guide is my higher self! But is that possible? I'll ask, maybe someone can clarify."

GUYS THIS IS REAL! I found out that I have 2 spirit guides! I don’t remember their names but they both were girls. One was wearing a long white dress and she had long curly hair and white eyes. And the other one was floating and had black hair and she was Asian. They were both extremely nice to me and they said that I am going on the right path and everything is working out for me. The white haired girl said that she is 37 and the black haired one was 27 I think. They told me that if I see any signs then I should come talk to them. I am so happy that I met them!

Idk why is everyone talking about a tiktok, but I can't stop crying. The room was quite beautiful ngl, cozy, warm, outside the window was an angel training, idk why, a woman came, I couldn't see her face, it was transparent, sat down, when I was speaking tl her, I started crying, bc I wanted help with my insecurities, and I was afraid to keep on living, the message came out my own mouth "I will be okay" and then my other spirit guide came late, the guy was tall, he didn't had a sit, broke down crying idk why, I was relieved, I felt both female and male energied from both of them. It hurted so much, but idk why.

My spirit guide was a great grey wolf named Tenox. I went to look up the name cause it was an odd name for a wolf and behold. It means a sedatitive or hypnotic to treat insomia. What a crazy ride though and almost lost it when he entered the room. Supposedly I was a member of his great pack but took up another physical journey and this to be the last that will forever evolve my spirit beyond its capability. Not to learn what it meant to be a lone wolf, but so much more.
This is the best.. Even though i just see the tiny light.. Hehe.. But i felt so much comfort.. I will try this night again..it will work ..i know.. And i believe
when they entered the room i couldnt see their face properly but the presence was enough. it was sort of like a big lion but not in a scary way at all. i asked who they were and they said my dad. i have never met my biological father because he died when i was little and he wasnt the best with my mom and me. when i asked what they call me they said my chosen name and that they have seen and protected me through my childhood. one weird thing was that i asked why they chose me and they said because they felt a connection when i was born but my mom told me that my bio dad died when i was around 7 years old. i am still in tears

i had a vision of my chakras. some were faded and dim and others were brilliant and bright. i think my guide was trying to show me what chakras i need to work on. i met my guide and felt her presence, a teenager like me and loving and lovely energy, bright and warm. she has fair skin and light hair almost white and ice blue eyes. i feel like i may have more guides that i have yet to meet. i cried during this process, a lot of emotions came up💜 i was also afraid of doing this at first, i told my spirit guide to send a sign to help me not be afraid. minutes later it started pouring outside and immediately i felt relaxed.
This is wonderful way to connect with the spirit guides, which we all have, may all who are reading this, be able to receive answers. Love ❤️

When I saw my spirit guide, she was very beautiful and angelic, I was happy, I started crying and feeling the tears drip down my face. I asked her my questions and received the answers. I asked for the name and like a dozen Indian names starting with A without a vowel as the second letter, but I couldn’t figure out her name and I couldn’t see her very properly and I also couldn’t ask her too many questions, everything was very foggy. Later on I searched up a few of the names and found out she seemed to be one of the hindu goddesses, and I felt she was working for the goddess Durga. Oddly enough I even have a statue of Durga so I was really surprised! When I looked out the window I saw the forest she was talking about later on, but nothing else was too clear. I think I have multiple spirit guides, like Aandita, Aru, etc. this was a really interesting experience but I think it was unclear to me because I was a bit stressed.
This was absolutely amazing!!!! I had a hard time focusing at first and truly letting go but eventually my mind took over. I couldn’t make out my spirit guide at first and asked them to step out and then come back in, which made me feel like I couldn’t do it correctly as I stated to cry and worry. When he came back in I still couldn’t make him out, but I felt assured that I didn’t need to. He came and sat down, as i felt the anxiety of my questions and their answers. I started to cry but immediately, as my mind began to race. I then felt him pull my into the same chair as him. I sat on his lap as he pulled my head to his chest while telling me to forget about any major questions. And I realized then that I didn’t need answers but I needed love. He shushed me tears and put his arms around me. And until he left, he held me close while he stroked my hair telling me how much he loved me and reassuring me of this. When he left, he kissed me on the forehead and made sure that I knew he wasn’t actually leaving me. This was absolutely the most profound experience I have ever had and I am incredibly thankful this video.

My mom had an abortion on who would’ve been my big brother before giving birth to my big sister. All my life I’ve felt like I was supposed to have a big brother and now I met him. He said we’ve been siblings in many past lives and that for this one it was accorded he took care of me as my guide. I cried. This made me so happy. I didn’t wanna ask anything, I just wanted to get to meet my guides and I feel like I have 😭

One of my favourite ones was when the guide took off a white cloak and put it on to me and gave me pure white light healing and my body was vibrating with love and peace
