Dude, you're killing me here... Ive never really wanted to move back home until I saw this. Its not even the shots, which are great, its the unwritten; between the 'content'. Sounds, light and all the whimsical intrigue in between. We are about the same age (you are in better shape than I), I used to be a press pho and I have a literal gut emotional reaction to majesty. Thank you so very much for making these films. One more sub to get you to the mil. Slainte.
You have a really good style man. Great cinematography, great pace, and fantastic story telling. I found your channel a couple hours ago via a slider review and the first thing I thought was "I feel like he's telling the truth"., which is an accomplishment in itself on UA-cam. You seemed transparent, natural and honest in that review and after watching a few more of your videos, I'm pretty sure that's who you are. I was pleasantly surprised to see you were a photographer too and that's why I clicked on your channel. I just want to offer my support and encouragement to let you know that your channel is unique. I follow so many photography channels and they all have one thing in common; they all change after 30k subs. I found you right about 30k subs and I just want to say don't pander. Grow slow and steady. So many people don't stay true to who they are and as a fan of these types of channels, I urge you to keep doing what you're doing, don't pander. Either way, nice work and good luck.
Good video Hugh. I especially liked the square format shots. Missed the Burren when I was last in Ireland. In too much of a hurry. I never knew the buzzard was indigenous to Ireland, but I also found out only recently there were squirrels! Greetings from Oz.
Thanks a lot, yeah, trying some narrower shaped photos lately. Maybe because of Insta! Pity you missed the Burren, it’s great. Yes, the Red squirrel is coming back slowly but surely!
Western Ireland looks beautiful, Hugh. Glad to see the S1 make a cameo at the end. I am lucky to live north of the San Francisco Bay in some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Fortunately / Unfortunately, the best areas are either State Parks or National Preserves, and you either aren't allowed to stand in a state park while flying a drone, and you aren't allowed to fly a drone over a national preserve. Oh well...
Yeah, that’s a bummer with drone laws. I would agree with banning fpv style flying near and wildlife but usually drones don’t cause too much disturbance. Thanks a lot. The S1 filmed most of the video too, remember that!
@@HuFilms you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Great video, and I really like the new style. Quick Q, R5 or S1 if you could only have one? 😂
@@007silverwings Hey, thanks a lot. I would pick the R5 over the S1 as it's a better all round camera being better at photography for a start. But I would pick the S1 if I was shooting in darker conditions and handheld!

Really enjoyed your video, I spend many hours on that rugged coastline fishing all day without seeing a person. Every trip I see something new.
Thanks for the comment. That's a lovely stretch of coast, one of my favourite coastlines I'd say.
Enjoyed the vlog Hugh, thank you. Will visit Ireland most definitely soon. 👍🏾
Glad you liked it Tyrone, thanks a lot, Ireland is a great place to visit!
Great video Hugh, some smashing images there of a unique little part of the country. Lovin the Stoats and the Buzzard. Noel.
Cheers Noel, glad you liked it. The stoats and the Buzzard was a special moment for sure.
I felt like I was with you on your journey.
Another great episode.
Nice one Brendan, glad you enjoyed it!

Stunning video & imagery of a place I love. The stoats are amazing - an albino one is so rare. Keep up the good work!
Thanks, yeah, amazing to see!
KEEP WORKING BRO, YOU ARE SO NICE ABOUT THIS STUFF
Cheers man!
Something from nothing. A nice day it was. Cheers!
Thanks John!
