Nicely done. OK, that crux bit is narrow, no way to put it otherwise. Second time through though should be easier and your buddy Riley did a good job of getting through it. I guess going through the crux where he started from or maybe getting one turn in above would be the most almost anyone could ask for. Congratulations, fun to watch, less fun to do for old geezers like me. Now for the "when I was a boy" bit. Why when I was a boy, we skied that stuff on 201 Slaloms because they were our short skis!
I saw a different video on this run by a more expert skier. He just didn't turn until he got through the crux bit. He makes a good point, on that sort of snow, you can only get going so fast, usually well within your comfort zone if it was on a wider track.
@@onecutmedia thanks! What flex? I like to do the same skiing as you (steep stuff haha) and I’m debating regarding the flex level. I weigh 150lbs and have an advanced level but not quite like yours! Thanks
It's always way worse than it looks on video! It's nice to have skis that are shorter than the tightest opening on the run! That doesn't appear to be the case here.
This has been the sketchiest run I have a skied all winter so far!
When you're getting down the same terrain as someone half your age (or less!) and as talented as Ryder is, you know you're doing something right.
Amazing channel! Been binge watching all of your videos. Keep up the awesome content
Alpine style jump turns baby haha. Nicely done, I think I skied it once in like March on a big snow year and there wasn't a choke so it was easy.
Such a good video. I would be nervous squeezing out of that one too !
SZM you would ski it good Stef
I found the sound track annoying after he want through the narrow bit. The sound of his balls clanking together bugged me!
Anthony Warren hahahah true
Nicely done.

In degrees how steep would you say that was?
It's holding snow so about 45 to 50. It looks steeper because it is so narrow.
WHat are your boots? Thanks!
Lange dual purpose
