I’m very happy that I took it over a new 2024 Mustang GT 5.0 A more aggressive look in my opinion over the new 5.0’s I got a great deal from a local dealership. The color is Orange Fury with black and gray racing stripes … It pops ! It’s has been my dream car since I can remember and now I own one.

I had a 2018 GT 350 R and the only thing I did not like about it was picking up all the rocks because it’s the track version. I sold it and bought a 911 Carrera after a year of owning the Carrera. I sold it and bought a 2019 GT 350 R I wonder 🤔 I would say the GT 350 R is on incredible car like no other keep it👍😎
I just bought a 2017 with very low miles. It was a Dealer buy back because the engine had issues on the previous owner. So ford took it back and replaced it with the new Gen 2 motor and sent it back to the dealership for resale. I was lucky to find it. Yes, you are correct also about the break dust it annoying. The also squeak sometimes. I’m thinking about going to ceramic breaks to remedy both issues.
Nice congrats on your new 2017 man. Yeah the brake dust and squeak is annoying. I actually forgot to mention the squeak as well. I heard you can also change the brake pads to avoid the dust.
@@idrisu1 Yes, it says this on my Carfax report. The dealer showed me the Carfax before I signed the paperwork also. I also checked the engine for the label that states which engine is installed. #(KA 555 AA) which is the Gen 2 motor.
Looking to buy within the next month. I see so many that have been replaced with the gen2 motor. A lot of 2017’s. It’s going to be my daily so I don’t want any promblems
Buddy had a 2017. tracked it a few times. Oil cumsumption outrageous. Ford put an entire new motor in it. Ultimately ford was forced to buy it back. Not good. Good brakes though. I have a 2014 Gt500.

so if you were to run a carfax would it flag manufacturer buyback?

@@glleboy2233 I use mine for daily Driving and it’s great but in the future I will get a cheaper car for just going to work
I have a 18 350 and love it had it for 7 months now and it’s my dream car can’t wait to do more to it!

Yeah 2016-2017 had oil consumption issues which were fix in 2018 then in 2019-2020 it’s really rare for that to happen

Gt 350s are nice but just grab the gt500 lol but I feel you on the break dust even the ecoboost get it yea and I don't believe in modding too much
