JC thanks for your series of lectures. The biggest challenge subcontractors have is the lack of expertise to formulate a credible Schedule (other than having some gut experience of their activities which is driven by Day Duration). This Duration is based on the sub-contractors allocated workers allocation. This is made worse that the main contractor's planning does not interrogate the Sub-contactors basic plan provided and the dependencies that drive schedule delay.. In other words the scheduling is not detailed enough. What is required is the Project Manager to sit with the Sub-contactor and examine the schedule risks
