But I just hope you know how truly loved and appreciated you are by all us. I mean for me I will never be able to truly put in to words just how much you have helped me and how I will forever be grateful to you for that and will always hold a special place in my heart for you. As just a couple of years a go I thought I was just really sick. (But I would find out soon I wasn’t just ‘sick’ with the flu or something) But I was a first time new mummy and so ‘ain’t no body got time for that’ to be sick when you have a little one to look after lol. I was looking after me my lil boy (2 then) our house and the hubs when he got in from work so just didn’t have time to fit in being sick as well and thought if I went to the docs I’d be there hours just for them to probably give me antibiotics or even nothing an just say rest or some 💩 lol so thought I’d just stick it out at home. As I would get the shivers every so often & felt the sickest I’d ever felt before so thought I just had flu or something. After a week an half of feeling like I was dying (hindsight is a beautiful thing lol) one day hubs took lil man to his parents to give me some time to just rest & some quiet time. But not long after I had been on my own I can’t explain it but I knew I was dying. I couldn’t move to get my phone I was laid on the sofa in the living room and thankfully our landline was on the window ledge which the sofa was next too so I could luckily reach that (as honestly if someone had put a 🔫 to my head and said get up I truly wouldn’t have been able to) and I called 999 an told them I think I’m dying plz send someone. All I remember was telling them the door was unlocked as I can’t get up (they got to me in mins luckily) I think I hear the sirens was the last thing I remember. The next thing I was in ICU being told I had been in a coma for just over a week as I had caught sepsis 🤯😱 (If I hadn’t left it so long it wouldn’t have been so bad but coz I just stuck it out at home as long as I could that’s why it got so bad. For once the hubs can say see I told ya as that usually my line lol as he had been telling me all week but the worse it got the more I thought this must be the thick of it if I just stick it out another day or so I’ll start to feel better but better just never came lol) I also needed lot of surgeries as well so I ended up being in hospital for almost 2 months and even had to learn how to walk again. (I remember thinking what how can I have forgotten how to walk I’ve been walking for 30yr lol) and only been bedridden for 2 weeks at that point but it was true so when PT came to see me it had been almost 3 weeks. I think 19 days exactly. And when I tell you that I felt like bambi trying to learn how to walk I’m not exaggerating in the slightest lol. It was crazy I was like how can I need to learn to walk again after only days of being in bed but yeah if you don’t get out of bed at all (not even for the toilet) that’s what happens. Anyways so yeah I was dealing with all that having operation after operation my little boy wasn’t allowed to visit at first as I was so sick and was hooked up to so many thing that they said it might be too hard for him to see me like that plus I had to be in a room by myself as I was so Ill they didn’t want to many people around me incase they got me sick. My hubs was a god send thru it all visiting me every day sometimes twice a day while looking after little man. Which that was so hard for me not being able to see him as I had spent every minute of his life with him up till then. After I was finally able to go home I still had a long way to go for recovery and was pretty much still bedridden tho I was able to get up for the toilet and such with hubs help. But I was sooo depressed afterward I honestly can’t explain how bad it got. I’m still dealing with it now but I know I’ll get back to my old self eventually it’s just a hard long and slow road. But that’s why I say how I just can’t put into words just how much you have helped me personally. Because while I was bedridden crying every day feeling like a failure and a stranger in my own body. Watching your videos truly helped me get thru those really really dark days. To the point now where I feel like when I watch one of your videos it feels like I’ve invited a friend round and your keeping me company chatting & doing whatever it is your doing in that video (if that makes sense lol) I’m still not 100% and need more surgeries and what have ya but I’m able to walk unassisted now and do most day to day things. But I’m still in a lot of pain and still dealing with depression but compared to where I was it a huge difference. So yeah I can just never thank you enough for just how much you have helped me coz when I say even just getting thru a day was a huge task. I’m not even kidding. So all I can say is from the bottom of my heart Crystal Thank you. You are such a kind and amazing woman and I’m just so grateful for you and thankful for every video you have ever made. 💖🫶🏻💖 (Sorry this ended up so long 😬)
