I really feel for you guys but it sounds like you made the right decision. We are in the UK and have experienced a similar slow period. We have had tough decisions to make and it’s not fun, and kinda disheartening. Just keep going with what you’re doing, make your business as strong as you can do and something will come up at the right time.

tell the landlord to incde in your lease. subtract 1000 for 16 months from lease. he is going to be the only one that will benift from it. it is a bons for him
