As someone coming from 10+ years of Vegas Pro (.. Back when it was Sony Vegas Pro lol) I have to say, I am impressed with this little software. It's definitely a hobbyist platform but you can do some amazingly cool things with it and if anyone is on the fence about buying it, don't be. This is GREAT for beginners. Also, VST's are your friend.

filmora needs a few new easy to add in features. 1. if you are in one format example 16x9, you should be able to switch formats right on the fly say to a 9x16. and yes i know the proportions of everything will have to be re-aligned and adjusted. but this would come in handy for people that are releasing a video in multiple formats. Next you should be able to open a project, copy things (or everything) and then open a new project and past in there. It will only let you copy and paste from the project you are in. You should also be able to open more than one instance of filmora at a time. lastly many people have multi monitor setups these days. you should be able to do all of your editing on one screen and watch the video on the other screen. please make this happen!

Thank you for this video. May I ask a question? Why can't my exported file show all the filters I've placed above the videos? It's like they are completely ignored.
For the frame rate you chose 24fps, so how come you don't pick the best one is there anything that to certain type of video at all?
I posted one of my video another channel in 4K resolution but somehow it has two vertical dark parallel on the side on the video do you know what is the issue at all?

Hi, I still have a question.... I have just finished my first Filmora video, with other software I would select the whole video, export it and when I would watch it, it would stop at the end. With Filmora 12 it did jump to the beginning........ how can I solve that?
Hello brother, what the problem when you export 1080p bt when youtube processes the resolution, it will not have 240p and 480p???
when i click Export there comes up a somthing were i can buy and just to upload a video and i have put all my work in and i cant upload it
My videos end up being very quiet on UA-cam uploads. Is it just as simple as turning the audio up in filmora? It always makes the audio level bar jump up into the red level.
every time I try to share it to UA-cam it always says check internet connection. so i have to upload it to my computer and don't want to do that.
and my internet is fine everything works

I'm getting black bars on the top and the sides of my videos when I try 4k... When I go for 1080p it's fine what's going on
im litteraly commenting on youtube yet when i try to export a video to yt on filmora it says i have connection issues yet im using my internet right now

OK but why is my video in UA-cam in "small" mode with mostly a black background?
I wish filmora aloud better audio plugins… the noise cancelation is so horrible, so I always have to mix the audio in an outside DAW before adding it to Filmora to be edited. Better audio tools, or allowing outside VSTs like WAVES to be used would be an incredible improvement for the software.
i am getting filmora name on the video while exporting it...does anyone know how to remove that?? if do please let me know
I cannot find any information whatsoever on what the GoPro export setting actually does. With MP4 you have the option to export with GoPro settings on off, low, mid or high, and there is no information available what that does.
Please make a video about that.
Honestly i do have a concern, do i have to go back to filmora 9, instead of upgrading, because constantly the filmora X keeps crashing and shutting down unexpected, can't the company fix this, i need help or do i switch to another app
I had issues upgrading from 9, it'd go through the process but not actually upgrade. Finally one of the updates worked for me. Still says 9 point summat and not 11. Ridic spec pc
@@redboyjan but the 9 version is okay, but has limited facilities like no motion tracking, or text tracking, its so annoying that the way it shuts down while editing, maybe i should go back to the 9 version
@@KelechiOka yeah I know. I have a lifetime package but it won't update? Not arsed about features too much, just a package that's easier to edit and get exported fast is what I would like. I assume 11 would help, if it'd update for me
@@redboyjan i wish i knew how to use premier pro and maybe others, I'd switch, cos I think you cant have new features on the ver o and the x version keeps crashing without getting fixed, its not about bugsplat, its the software, and 11 could be doing same

This comment makes no sense 😂 download it through your phone so you dont get copyright claims? Copyright claims is when you use content that you dont own and someone else has it marked as theirs. Not sure what that has to do with shorts, I create shorts all the time in Filmora 11 for my FB page.

Warning - Do NOT install or buy any Wondershare products. It is totaly a scam.
Dont buy this. they're frauds. look at the date this vid was uploaded. It must mean they've deleted older vids which had negative comments. I've tried both Uniconverter and Filmora, neither work despite buying a licence. ie, it keeps asking me to buy a licence even after I've bought one. And they wont give u refunds.
