Skill level at the pro level is CRAZY
People don't understand the skill gap between these pro guys and everyone else man
NBA players usually have more skill but the gap is usually from the length/size and athleticism. I remember playing a pro, we both went for a lose ball, 2.5 of my steps was 1 step for him plus his long as arms. I reacted faster than him and moved my legs faster than him but he still got to the ball before me, easily. Then there were plays where I shifted him but his length saved him n he was able to recover without much effort. I was doing more skillful moves than him and using more energy than him but his genetics saved him. That’s why I respect guys like AI and Steph so much. The way they dominate without any physical advantages.

Not to mention Steph Curry is actually a very athletic. Same with AI, who had extreme bounce and was probably the fastest player in the NBA at the time.
